GGuest UserNice place to stay with easy access to amenities and holiday activities. Breakfast spread is good and facilities are well upkeep. Room price is on the expensive side with limited availability. Due to the placement of the rooms, it might be challenging for some people, especially older folks, to move from reception to their rooms to carry their baggage. There are no WiFi, TV, fridge, or desk phone in certain rooms. Most likely a one-time experience to stay and that's about it.

HHuaChunIf you come here for the Aurora in winter, the heating equipment is sufficient.
There is a paid shuttle bus that takes you from the holiday club to the hotel, but you need to make a reservation in advance. You can also walk there, which takes about 15 minutes.
The blankets in the room are very comfortable and the night view is very beautiful.
Each room is an independent glass house, so the room may be allocated far away from the counter, and you need to walk a long way with your luggage.

GGuest UserBuffet breakfast, diversified styles, my favorite salmon, eggplant juice beans and wheat skin, and a self-service waffles machine, let the guests make their own waffles 🧇, hot and very delicious! The hotel is on the side of the river in River Juutua, you can see the beautiful view of the river in the restaurant and room, first-class enjoyment! The front desk clerk was happy to answer our questions, and some were smiling! The waiters and food in the hotel restaurant (Aanaar) reached the level of a 5-star hotel. When serving, each dish will be explained, what is its main dish, side dish and juice! The most unfortunately, the thermostat does not have temperature, and the weather is not too cold. There is a hot tube for drying clothes in the bathroom, and the wet clothes are drying quickly!

I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM.
So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it?
Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card.
So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

HHo Yu CHANThe bedliner is little bit dirty . No wifi all around . We had an accident in which we are locked outside the room because there is ice stuck inside the lock and we cant open with the key . The staff is very friendly and helpful to help us open the door with some lub . The room is very darkly lit .
In summer it is renowned for gold panning . However in winter you can only do it outdoors .
The hotel Restaurants are very great .

DDarren WuI was worried when I saw the average reviews online. But after staying for three days, I still felt good. We stayed in a suite with a sauna, which was quite large and clean. The sauna and fireplace were also quite good. Although there were not many people at the front desk, the service attitude was very good.
