This hotel was perfectly located as I was working at River Quest nearby. The hotel is brand new and smells of a new building. Check-in was swift and the room was very comfortable. WiFi worked well. The hotel is located at the end of the T2 tram line which makes it easy to get to from La Defense. It would have been nice if the room had a kettle. The breakfast was fine but a bit of a scramble. Tables were not being cleared promptly and things such as scrambled egg and bacon kept running out without being topped up.

Hotel is very clean, comfortable beds and good bath/shower. Not an amazing neighbourhood however. Most staff were helpful and lovely. it is not as close to Paris as reviews make it seem. You come out of hotel and turn left and it’s a straight line 15 min walk to tram station (get T2 pont de bones or port de Versailles) then around 20 mins on tram. Then you arrive always at La defense and then at least 30 mins on train to centre of Paris , there is not a lot of people to ask there but it is okay to find the right train. I wouldn’t recommend if you want to go into Paris everyday like me and my partner, I would just recommend spending extra and staying closer as added stress, time and cost of travel was not worth the price of hotel. Hotel was perfect if you are there on business and was a good stay overall but I would not recommend as a tourist to Paris as the commute is just not worth it and the neighbourhood is not amazing to try and commute through. This bit of the review is for the hotel in particular, we were greeted by a staff member on check in that got our stay time wrong and I had to prove we had booked for 4 days not 1, then said we had not paid and had to show multiple sets of proof until they realised we had. After all that I misheard the gentleman on how much city tax was so I said pardon and he was quiet rude and pretty much shouted at me when I just misheard as I was pretty stressed from the last two issues! I think this was just one staff member as everyone else was lovely but not very good impression at first and i would recommend fixing the issues with seeing stay time and payments as this was a lot of added stress. Overall well done on good clean rooms and mostly friendly staff members.

This is my second stay, and I am not disappointed by the location of nothing to say near La Défense, the nearby tram that ends late. It was just disappointed that there was no more standard room without the bed sofa. A pleasant staff.

The hotel is clean and the transportation is convenient, but the location is relatively biased. Fortunately, there is a tram at the door of the hotel that can pass the exhibition, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel service is better, with breakfast and fairly plentiful.

We stayed for 5 nights, having 2 adjacent rooms. The carpets in both rooms were extremely dirty, full of stains. The rooms also smelt bad. We asked them to do something about it several times but never got more than a promise (unfulfilled). The 4-bed family room is accessible thus has a fully open shower (no shower tray, plastic wall or curtain). The tap and the hair drier were in bad shape. Improved maintenance would be very much needed.

Bon hotel dans l'ensemble Chambre et salle de bain propre et rénove. Reception à revoir, très vieux, pas moderne et donc ca effraye le client. Accueil correcte mais pas le meilleur. Hotel avec parking, Attention, chambre au rez-de-chaussée donnant sur le parking il y a énormément de vis-à-vis.

Bon Hôtel situé à 5 minute à pieds de l'Arena , personnelles impeccable et service hôtelière bon . Hôtel et chambre très propre , je conseil fortement . Petit déjeuner bio de qualité avec un bon choix . Parking de Lidl à coté avec place réservé pour l'hôtel.

An excellent new hotel, with helpful and friendly staff, a chic bar and restaurant, comfortable rooms and a vibrant feel. I stayed in a UNIK room (there are four categories to choose from), this was a very good size with double bed, desk area, safe, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, and an open plan wardrobe. The bathroom had ample space to the side of the sink. The shower was walk in, big and had two heads. Shower gel and shampoo in large dispensers Restaurant provided quality and ample food at both breakfast and dinner. Bar is cool with fun decoration. Both are on the top floor of the building so the views are good. Gym well equipped and on the first floor. The nearest train station is 10 mins walk at Le Stade. Trains every 15 mins to St Lazare in central Paris and the journey is 15 mins. A combination of buses 176/276 and Tram 2 will get you to La Defense, or on foot it is about an hours walk. This is a quality and good value hotel. I was working at the nearby Business Park, but for tourists to Paris or business trips to La Defence it could make a excellent and affordable base rather than the over priced more central hotels.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The breakfast is not very big but it is in line with the price, you have variety, fruit, eggs, cheese, jam, bread, bakery, ... As regards the location is very close to the walking stop, though it is true that it is a little away from the center. You must bear in mind buying tickets with access to line j. The normal doesn't come up there.
