Best Bouc-Bel-Air Hotels

It is not a hotel but an aparthotel-type residence and there was no room cleaning service. When I went to ask they told me that cleaning was only done every 4 days and since we were 3, no one did the room or the bathroom during our stay. They offered me cleaning products so I could clean it myself. I was stunned. They didn't even have a bottle of cold water and it was very hot. The receptionists are very unprofessional. The breakfast was very complete but there was no toaster. I do not recommend at all. And they say they have 4 stars.

Nos hemos alojado en el hotel del 13 al 16 de octubre 2023, con un grupo de amigos. Viajamos por el mundial de rugby. El día 15 de octubre, cuando volvimos al cuarto del hotel, después de haber estado todo el día afuera, nos dimos con que nos faltaba un parlante nuevo. Fuimos a la recepción y la persona que estaba ahí, quien en un principio no nos quiso decir su nombre, nos dijo que no era responsabilidad del hotel, y no sólo eso, sino que en ningún momento mostró predisposición para ver qué había pasado, con lo cual le pedimos que llamara a la policía, cosa que al principio se resistió, para que quedara asentado el hecho. Por otro lado, al pedir hablar con alguien responsable del hotel, esta misma persona, nos dijo que a la mañana siguiente a partir de las 08:00 estaría el encargado, cosa que no pasó. Estuvimos en el hotel hasta irnos a la estación de tren y esa persona nunca apareció. La verdad que no recomiendo este hotel, no solo porque desapareció el parlante, sino por la falta de empatía del recepcionista. P.D: a otra persona del grupo le desaparecieron sus auriculares inalámbricos. We stayed at the hotel from October 13 to 16, 2023, with a group of friends. We travel for the rugby world cup. The 15th of October, when we returned to the hotel room, after having been outside all day, we realized that our new speaker was missing. We went to the reception and the person who was there, who at first did not want to tell us his name, told us that it was not the hotel's responsibility, and not only that, at eany time he shown any willingness to see what had happened, so we asked him to call the police, which he initially resisted, so that the fact could be established. On the other hand, when we asked to speak to someone responsible of the hotel, this same person, told us that the manager would be there the next morning starting at 08:00, which did not happen. We were at the hotel until we went to the train station and that person never showed up. The truth is that I do not recommend this hotel, not only because the speaker disappeared, but also because of the lack of empathy of the receptionist. P.S: Another person in the group had his wireless headphones missing too.

A one night stop at this Kyriad hotel which was in a convenient location as I had to drive to Marseille airport the following morning. An easy smooth check in and I was made to feel very welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable and included a table, kitchen, and a safe deposit box. There was no evening meal when I was there but there is a large commercial centre which I drove to and there are plenty of eating options there. There is secure gated parking at the hotel.

positive comments on everything, reception, site, beautiful visits to discover around, everything is made available to satisfy us, pétanque, swimming pool, washing machine and the apartment is nice. we will come back with pleasure.

Venu dans le cadre d'un déplacement pour un tournage dans la région, j'ai été très bien accueilli par l'équipe. Malgré son éloignement de la ville d'Aix-en-Provence, il offre un séjour au calme et à la belle étoile, loin de l'agitation citadine. L'hôtel a l'air relativement neuf et il dispose de nombreuses places de parkings abrités par de larges ombrières équipées de panneaux solaires. Vous y trouvez également deux bornes de recharges pour véhicules électriques (moyennant paiement additionnel), bien pratiques dans une région et une agglomération qui en comptent encore assez peu. Une fontaine à eau tempérée ou réfrigérée est mise à disposition non loin de la réception. La chambre 003 était très propre, tout comme le reste de l'hôtel. Elle est de très bonne taille, avec une climatisation ultra-silencieuse et efficace, tout en ayant une large fenêtre donnant sur la pelouse du golf. Je n'ai pas eu de mal à trouver le sommeil grâce à une literie de qualité. Il manque peut-être juste un bureau pour pouvoir travailler ou poser quelques affaires. La salle de bains est équipée d'une large douche et d'un peu de rangement. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est très diversifié et a toujours été bien achalandé tout au long des 4 matinées où j'étais résident de l'hôtel. Il y en a pour tous les goûts et tous les palais, soient-ils plutôt sucrés ou plutôt salés. Le personnel du petit-déjeuner, comme tout celui de l'hôtel a toujours été souriant et disponible.

Unexpectedly nice! We came to this hotel for one night because it's near the TGV station and we'd been unable to get into our hotel in Aix's old town until next day... This hotel turned out to have really comfortable well decorated modern rooms, excellent helpful staff and very generous extras: such as unlimited free mineral water and croissants in the hall, and free beer for anyone who didn't want to watch the rugby world cup in the restaurant/bar. (I should add that the hotel was quiet and so were the guests). A real effort has been made with the small landscaped garden and play areas, the swimming pool was clean and pleasant even though it was the end of the season, and the outlook very green over the golf course. The breakfast was absolutely the best I have ever had in France, with real French cheeses instead of the usual processed stuff, and fresh fruit and proper patisseries as well as eggs (and the meat was doubtless good too). The location was the main flaw for guests like us wishing to avoid using a car. It is a short taxi ride from the TGV station, but a half-hour bus journey to Aix proper through anodyne business areas. The other flaw - which wouldn't affect the sports fans or young families with cars who seem to be the usual guests - was the incredibly tiny bath. Sadly I fell trying to get out of that bath and am still dealing with the injury. I must add that we had come back again at very short notice for one further night, and again the staff were excellent and so was the room in all other respects...I should have used the shower that night instead!
