Le personnel aucun sourire … Au petit déjeuner rien qui allait il manquait toujours un truc ou une tasse Alors l’état de la chambre n’en parlons pas Le moment où j’ai tirait le tiroir du lit superposé une épaisseur de poussière… Au prix où tu peut payer avec une famille Puis la salle des petits déjeuner trop petite … La petite jeune qui était au petit déjeuner le matin si elle demande les numéro des chambres ou non cela et pareil pour elle … honnêtement je ne remettrais pas les pied dans cet hôtel.. le sourire le bonjour … ya aussi une façon de parler au gens quand on travail dans ce milieu … A un moment donné y’a une dame qui demande y’a plus de tasse La jeune lui répond « madame y’a du monde y’a pas que vous » je suis resté choqué de sa réponse … La machine à café qui coule de partout tu lui dit gentiment elle s’en fou … Puis le ménage sa laisse à désirer Puis surtout a rajouter un parking nul puis aucune surveillance de nuit … y’en a qui était garée sur le parking et qui dormais dans leurs véhicule….! À jamais.

J ai été très très bien reçu des mon arrivée - ils m ont aidé à téléphoner à ma famille suite à un problème technique - l’hôtel est très propre et le personnel est très à l’écoute de la clientèle - je n hésiterai pas à y retourner et à le conseiller à mon entourage - de la part du belge qui boit beaucoup de café

In my difficult wardrobe era, this welcome is very friendly. It is one of the least hotels in the family, better than another more expensive hotel, I know it will cost a few dollars, otherwise I am disappointed with the service, other I highly recommend Lemon Hotel, I will return

The hotel is beautifully situated and has wonderful far distance views, the staff are excellent and helpful. The food is the restaurant is pretty good, and the Menu of the day, excellent value. The evening prices are high. Now for the downside. The manager, Bruno, is quite possibly the rudest person in the hotel trade I've come across in my travels world-wide over 50 yrs. I arrived and expected to be given a room I had discused with their reception, in a lengthy conversation, having been given a specific room number and being shown images from their website to confirm my choice. On arrival we were shown to an entirely different room, nice, but with an obsructed view and small terrace, so not what i had booked. I pointed this out to him, and requested I was given the room I had so carefully and explicitely booked. His first comment was that if I didnt like it I could leave!!!!!! After showing him my emailed booking details he relented and offered a beautiful room (No.15) with terrace and views. Saying I could only stay in the that room for two nights and then I'd have to move. I reluctantly agreed, but only as I felt he might in fact throw us out and we had no choice. Thinking about it once omfortably unpacked and in our room, I felt that as I had booked a particular room out the outset, and that was our initial agreement with the hotel for my booking, that I would stay in the room, despite my agreement under duress. On his return two days later he beame VERY abusive and violently tried to grab and tear-up my original booking email when I confronted him with the evidence. Never I have I seen such behaviour from a hotel manager. The man is unhinged. So beware, despite the excellence of the hotel, it is being run by a complete lunatic.

Belle expérience pour une première visite à l'hôtel Les Oliviers. Escapade détente en amoureux pour l'anniversaire de Mr. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la localisation et les équipements. Le cocon privatif est chaleureux et permet de s'évader hors du temps. Nous avons adoré le restaurant où nous avons dégusté des plats succulents très originaux. Seul bémol : la température de la chambre car la fenêtre est restée ouverte et pas d'ascenseur pour accéder au spa (dommage pour les personnes à mobilité réduite). Nous aurons quand même le plaisir d'y retourner.
