GGREGORY LTrès déçus par l'hôtel malgré son emplacement proche du stade Pierre Mauroy, ce qui est son unique atout. La chambre soit disant familiale, est même petite pour 2 personnes, comme l'endroit où l'on prend les petits déjeuners dont les horaires ne sont pas respectés. Nous sommes donc repartis à 6h30 le jour de notre départ sans prendre de petits déjeuners, et les avons pourtant payés. Ceci est sans parler de l'hygiène dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Coton tige sous les lits, aspirateur non passé, Avec les tarifs spéciaux pour les JO, cela reste un des hôtels les plus chers de notre vie, et malheureusement pour nous un des moins biens ! Cela ne représente heureusement pas tous les hôtels de la chaîne.

GGuest UserBefore arriving I asked for a disability room, which I was informed they were all booked up, so asked for ground floor room Instead as my dad who I was travelling with struggles with steps. This was declined and we were given a room on the top floor (no lift at the hotel). Once up stairs we opened to door to what could only be described as the smell of stale cigarette smoke, that someone had lived there and smoked 50 a day in the room. The smell was horrific. With the Door and window left open, it helped but the smell was still there. The room is very basic, and the bathroom you can just about turn around in. The fan in the bathroom didn't work leaving it very stuffy, and thats before you turned the water on. There was no bath mat provided, resulting in the bathroom floor becoming very slippery ( not great for my dad who is already unsteady on his feet). The matteress on the double bed had multiple stains (from what I wouldn't want to guess). The light above the bunk bed didn't work. Upon waking up in our cigerette smelly room, went down to breakfast, which was extremely basic! There was only bread products available, 4 waiting for a 2slice toaster, which even after 4 minutes came out not toasted. There was no plates for any of the products meaning, if you wanted toast, you had to butter it on the tray or in a cereal bowl. Only reason we stayed here for the whole two nights booked was everywhere was booked up and staying for the rugby world cup, otherwise would have booked and gone else where.
