GGuest UserStaff were friendly and very helpful. Apar**ent was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table).
Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot size with the ring/hob size and so it kept turning off confusing us).
It was for my birthday and the staff had put happy birthday balloons on the bed and that was a nice touch. It was a good birthday and I enjoyed the space, wine and food we cooked. Shower was also noticeably nice.

GGuest UserThe hotel is on the more central street in Nantes. There is an underground garage in the store. It's about 15 euros a day. It's very convenient or quite good. The Nantes Castle Museum is within a 5-minute walk. There is a free breakfast buffet in the morning and two free drinks in the evening. 0.0 is considered a modern hotel in that circle. The others are old and old. 0.0. Overall, it is good value for money. Compared to Paris

GGuest UserWe returned to this hotel after 3 years for the much delayed Hellfest Festival in June. Again I cannot fault the hotel or services. Clean room and bedding and strong breakfast offering. We will be back again next year and recommend this hotel as noted along with its location being 2 minutes from the train station. Merci pour un excellent séjour David

GGuest UserPros: proximity of airport about 10 mn walking distance from Nantes airport Friendly and formal staff Lovely bathroom very roomy Italian style. Lovely and wide with good pressure Comfortable beds ( had singles) Quiet room despite airport near bye Elevator Garden setting Cons: Outdated sad with minimum furniture ( perhaps we had the non yet updated room) A towel was found in my bed however it was clean towel but let me a bit unsettled. I brought it to the reception the next day for them to handle this or add it back to their towels count as we had all our towels accounted for. The staff was surprised. They later sent an email apologizing Breakfast price outrageous ( even for France so we did not get it) Reminds me of a better motel 6 A bit pricey for what is given The sister hotel next door is lovely but outrageous for dinner or a drink in a gorgeous lobby Overall clean enough and good location for one night no more Small room ( very ) Would return for an early departure from airport

KkillanigiaOverall, very happy with our stay. It has a fab location beside the beach. The staff were very pleasant to deal with throughout our stay. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are very tastefully decorated. Great showers and air con was excellent in our first room (305) but a bit louder in our next room (7). Breakfast was very satisfactory and at a fair price. We loved the swimming pool which is well-heated (29 degrees throughout our stay). The hotel is quiet at night. The only challenge may be limited car parking onsite. You should book in advance if you can. We will happily stay here again on our next stay to La Baule.

SSAMACOÏTSNice and friendly staff, clean apartment and comfortable bed. No soap for the shower and empty sink soap dish.
Bathroom radiator did not work. Bottom of pot and pan dirty, so I used the microwave. Housekeeping staff should be given more time to do the job. There is a coffee maker and a kettle, a tea bag, a dose of coffee... would have been welcome. Installing food and drink vending machines in the hallway is a great idea. Quiet night, I slept well.

Awful experience at this hotel. Check in is stated at 2pm so arrived around 3pm with my family (3 year old and a 4 month old.) I was told our room was not ready and we would have to wait. Waited an hour in the lobby (4pm) to be told again our room was not ready and hadn’t been cleaned. Again waited in the lobby and At 5.30pm and close to tears after watching numerous people check in and with a very bored 3 year old and a very tired baby I was again told my room was not ready, bearing in mind this was 3 and a half hours after the 2pm check in time stated online. Also during all of this I was told there were no baby changing facilities available at all in the lobby. No empathy from staff shown for my situation. After stating I would have to cancel and find alternative accommodation a room became available?! We eventually got a room closer to 6pm 4 hours after stated check in time when booking. No travel cot in room as requested bought brought to the room eventually. I am totally in shock with the treatment we have received. Would not recommend if travelling with children or if you want to spend your time sitting in a reception area instead of the room you have paid for!!! Some positives: nice breakfast, room was a good size, snack shop downstairs was handy, bar staff were lovely.

Excellent surprise for this hotel conveniently located between Nantes city center and on the way to the airport if catching a plane. I booked a one-night stay (04th - 05th December 2021) also based on the positive reviews read on Google and ***********. My stay in room 304 was extremely pleasant as the room is perfectly located on the courtyard, providing a quiet surrounding. The room itself is big and I was particularly impressed by its cleanliness. Furthermore, check in and check out at reception was very smooth and handled professionally. Talking to the reception team, it is obvious they genuinely like their job in the hospitality business. Their commitment, all the more resounding in this time of uncertainty, is pleasant and warm to witness. Next time in Nantes, I have found my preferred hotel :-)

GGuest UserWas an overall good experience. Didn’t have any notable problems with the service, and the room was clean. I went out to Nantes for the afternoon and the bedsheets and towels had been changed. The location isn’t the best but not horrific either. There is a boat that you can get to cross the river to the city centre of Nantes and only costs €1.70 and just takes over 5 minutes to walk over there, with the ticket valid for other public transport in the city.
