Super recommend this hotel! The rooms and all facilities are very clean and stylish, the drinks in the minibar are free to enjoy, and the bathroom space is very large. The service attitude of several employees at the front desk is very good and willing to help us solve various problems. Hotel location is good, only about 3 minutes walk from Metro, there is a supermarket nearby, walk 15-20 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich and the restaurant is beautiful. In short, I really like this hotel very much. If I go to Paris again, I will definitely stay again.

The hotel was available 24/7 and staff was very friendly. The hotel was in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood. Breakfast was good, but a bit overpriced. Also the hotel is quite old, which showed in the carpets both in the floors and walls of the room. The most disappointing was that the shower water temperature is signitifically lower than I am used to. Sometimes there was not enough hot water and you had to wait until morning to have a shower.

Although the hotel is located in the 17th arrondissement of Little Paris, between the 16th arrondissement and the La Defance business district, the traffic is really inconvenient. By car, if within ten minutes, I have to go around forty to fifty minutes by car. The hotel is an old-fashioned residential building in a residential area. It is difficult to find a parking space if you drive over. The bus and subway are in the convenient network of Little Paris. If you drag large bags and small suitcases, you really need to be patient. It is suitable for taxis to take a taxi to go, just for people who have a place to sleep. As a travel, there are more advantages than this. After that, I took the subway to see Mercure in the other direction from my home. The subway, the supermarket, the transportation and the surroundings are more convenient.

Best place to stay in Paris! First of all, the hotel staff was always, 24h/7days a week nice and kind. We felt that we’ll always get any help and all answers. Secondly, the room was very, extremely clean. The room has everything you need, including kitchen, dishwashing machine, microwave, oven, fridge, and so on. Also, all the kitchen utensils was new or almost new, it’s equipped with 3 pots different sizes, really good (with new coating) pan good size, and so on. Thirdly, the location is really good - you are near grocery stores, bakeries, subway station. We needed to get via taxi from the hotel through all Paris to get to the train, and we never saw traffic jam at 7:00-7:30, which we were afraid of. And I’d like to keep your attention that on reception the hotel has a cafe, where you can order pizza or pasta or coffee at low price (in Paris’ cafes it cost 2x then in hotel) and cafe is open 24/7. Our accommodation was really awesome, we definitely will stay there every time we’ll be in Paris.
