Excellent
The room was basic but equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The bed , pillows were comfortable and room clean. It's conveniently located across Buffalo Grill , I had chicken wings and french fries as well as a salad which were tasty and also have McD next to it for fast food. 4min away from the bus stop which takes you to into Beauvais centre as well as train station to connect to Paris Gare Du Nord in about 12min as well as taking you to Beauvais Airport in roughly 10min the opposite direction. For every day items, there is a Lidl about 12 minutes away on a leisurely stroll. When I returned from Paris , I took a walk home which is about an hour's walk , discovered some lovely landmarks along the Way and it was refreshing. The 2 receptionists who served me were very welcoming, friendly assisted with timetables for the line 6 bus as well as an adapter for charging as they use 2 pin plugs in France. For international travellers , it would be handy to know basic phrases and have a language translator for better communication.I would return for another stay without any hesitation.

The hotel has quite a number of pluses: attractive, well-located building, smart modern interior, generally well-designed rooms… But there are some (mostly minor) negatives too. Finding your way into it by car through the one way system is difficult, as the obvious route is “no entry”. They had told me when I booked that there was a free hotel carpark. What they didn’t say was that there were only half a dozen places, though happily we got the last one. Otherwise, it wasn’t clear what the nearby long stay solution would have been. The welcome was average: they didn’t have the key ready despite my checking in online 2 days before and they needed prompting to produce the voucher for the Accor loyalty welcome drink. Also it was firmly only for the cardholder, not for his companion too, as in some more generous Mercures. There was a touch of meanness about the equipping of the room. One tea bag. No free water in the fridge – but a note inviting us to spend 7 Euros on a reusable bottle which they would then fill for us! (There are other ways of achieving “zero plastic”, eg glass bottles as in the Amiens Mercure or cartons and tins as in Clermont-Ferrand.) The tiniest of paper cups for making tea. (No wonder they thought one tea bag would do for both guests!) Only two plugs for charging things, though admittedly there were four USB points. Breakfast had the same sense of putting out as little as they could get away with and spreading it sparsely over too wide an area. There was an almost total absence of staff as well, so that when the inadequate supply of croissants ran out at about 8.20 it took a long time to find someone to ask for more and then, by the time they were baked, we had effectively finished. The layout of the provisions also defied any logic, with milk as far away from the cereals as the size of the room allowed! Overall though, the quality of what was on offer was fine. It was about 10-20 Euros a night more than some of the other Mercures that we use quite regularly, without much obvious justification, except that the Beauvais restaurants also seemed above averagely expensive for what they were too. Nonetheless, if Beauvais offered a decent restaurant or two (see separate 3 star review of Le Senso, widely regarded as the best in town) I would use it again as an acceptably convenient and comfortable stopover.

KKrystsinaHotel is very beautiful. Great amd cozy spa area and great gym. Also there is a tea room to relax.
Service at the bar at day time was poor ( I've been 2h sitting, and not even one servant came to me.
Restaurant food is delicious except last meal we had ,had to ask to cook Omar 2 times as it came half raw instead of grilled.Nice place for a weekend

BBertholdoThe room was clean but with a low hairdryer, the air conditioning was warm and the winter -4 was a full breakfast or breakfast buffet. And the best of all next to restaurants and shopping, and 10 minutes from the airport. And it has a taxi station that serves guests, very important because the uber/bolt cancelled when the race was short and the rates are up to 60 euros in flight hours instead of 14 euros. And the taxi charged 25.

AAlenaStayed for a night before morning flight from Beauvais airport. The hotel is located 30 meters from a bus stop to the airport, it takes only 10 minutes by bus to get to the airport, the schedule of the bus is arranged so you won’t miss your flight so location of the hotel is very convenient for those who will departure from the Beauvais airport.
The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the breakfast could be better. Good point is that they serve breakfast in 3 different times so even if your departure is in early morning or later then standard breakfast time you won’t be hungry.

GGuest UserThe price is low but the quality is not bad. The decoration is pleasant. The staff is helpful and nice. It is sufficient to spend the night before taking the plane. Wifi is easily accessible without a complicated code. No code at all. There is a bus shuttle that takes you to the Beauvais airport early morning in about 20 minutes as early as 6:30 am. for about 4 €, and there is a possibility to pay just 1 € by SMS. Have the necessary cash available with you otherwise the Bus shuttle won't take you on board.

Unfortunately, a very run-down hotel, in urgent need of renovation. On the positive side, the friendly staff and the quick, uncomplicated check-in and payment process, including changing rooms, are worth mentioning. Overall, the hotel is very shabby and cleaning is neglected. In the hallways, for example, the cleaners can no longer find the corners, and the edge of the wall is also really dusty. In the room, however, there was clean linen and a clean floor, so that was OK. The overall impression, however, is: ”Well, it's OK for one night.” The hotel is in an industrial area and is surrounded by busy roads. As the air conditioning only worked very poorly (the air conditioning was running and slightly cool air came out of the vents, but the room didn't get any cooler), we slept with the window open and didn't sleep particularly well because of the traffic noise. We had to change the first room because the faucet in the bathroom was completely loose; it tipped over at the slightest touch and was practically unusable. However, as already mentioned, changing rooms was quick and uncomplicated. Parking is free and there are a few restaurants within walking distance for dinner. Breakfast costs extra (€8.50) and is quite simple, but OK. The cleanliness of the dishes and cutlery could be improved, but the selection is OK (scrambled eggs and bacon, baguette rolls, croissants, chocolate rolls, jam, coffee, juice, water - OK). At best for an overnight stay when passing through (arrive late, stay overnight, have breakfast and leave quickly). It's a shame, this is my first negative experience with B&B hotels.

We booked late in the evening as our previous booking had been cancelled on us, when we arrived it was late and no one around. While doing the check in at the machine my son heard screams. Didn’t think much of it, thought it was someone messing, maybe just drunk. When walking up the stairs there was a man holding a door while a woman on the other side was crying and screaming. He was banging the door and kept opening it to hit her. We obviously didn’t feel comfortable staying so didn’t even get to the room, as they was in the room between our two of four rooms booked. I tried to contact the property but all I got was an answer machine. No security on either. We ended up going miles up the road and had to stay in a car park on a toll road. My sisters younger son was sick on himself through fear, and we haven’t even had an apology from the property let alone a refund. I’ve never been so scared, it was like something out of a movie.
