Best Perignat-les-Sarlieve Hotels

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway and has a free parking. Nice also to have a balcony. The room was quite big with water and coffee. The beds were too soft for us, but that's a personal critic as some other guests may like that. Good idea to have the WC separated from the bathroom. I personnally did not like the Italian shower as it was large and I got cold in it. Well sound-proofed as we did not hear any noise from the road at night. We had dinner at the restaurant (luckily we had booked our table), it was quite good and for a decent price. We did not have breakfast there as it was not included in our room rate. Very nice staff who seem to be multitasking between the reception desk and the restaurant.

We hebben via de site van ACCOR een kamer geboekt tijdens een trip naar Spanje. Als overnachtingshotel aan deze prijs wist ik goed genoeg dat we niet veel moesten verwachten... Wat ik echter niet had verwacht is, dat we het hotel niet binnen konden! Je geraakt te voet wel aan de ingang, maar daar stopt het. Andere gasten van het hotel hebben de voordeur voor me open gedaan. Er zou een bemande receptie moeten zijn 24/7, maar die was er niet. Op de receptie staat een telefoon die je kan gebruiken indien de receptionist er niet is, maar die gaf zelfs geen kiestoon. Het scherm van de pc was zwart, en in de omringende gangen was geen personeel te zien. Dan maar naar ACCOR zelf gebeld (het was 2u 's nachts): ook geen bereik! We zijn dan maar naar een ander hotel gegaan waar we via een automaat konden reserveren en onze sleutelkaarten kregen. Nog diezelfde nacht heb ik een mail gestuurd naar ACCOR om dit te melden, en om te zeggen dat ze me vooral de nacht niet moesten aanrekenen... Wat denk je? Ik heb toch betaald en de beloofde refund komt er ook blijkbaar niet. Ik wacht na een maand nog steeds op een teken van leven. Daar sta je dan. Ik ben gefilmd in de receptie, dat heb ik gezien. Ik heb bewijs dat ik die nacht gebeld heb. Ik heb bewijs dat ik een ander hotel ook heb betaald. Van klantvriendelijkheid is er totaal geen sprake. Op de terugreis hebben we dan een B&B-hotel geboekt. Dat was een goede ervaring.

The hotel is very good and well located. The price and one can be higher than the other hotels in the group but remains affordable. I recommend for professional travel.

The hotel is very good and very comfortable. In addition to the very smile and sympathetic staff, this hotel is especially well located: at the exit of the motorway (but no noise at all) and near a full of varied restaurants (there is for all tastes!) and even next to a LIDL. The room for 5 was very well-planned and was very clean.
