The cleaning was not done properly, the fridge that was in the room was dirty and there were small black spots on the moldings and at the bottom of the fridge. As if you had forgotten to clean it, there was hair in the toilet. I wonder if it can be a 3 star hotel. The pictures are also deceiving, as they are so photoshopped and the surroundings look like the pictures that it is almost out in a forest garden. There was also one of the receptionists who was a bit rude. We came for breakfast approx. 30 - 45 minutes before the buffet's closing time. But no more breakfast was filled up, so we had to take what was left. We even asked if it was possible to get a napkin, but they refused to give it and we were directed to get it ourselves from the toilet. All in all, a disappointing experience, and the acoustics were quite bad, as you could clearly hear some guests talking late into the night, out in front of the hotel, of course there must be room for that for the guests, but the windows/walls cannot hold the sound back is not optimal.

Large fenced car park free to guests attached to the hotel. Really nice welcome upon arrival, and great to find the bar available as we were ready for a drink after our travels. Rooms typical Ibis, compact but with everything you need, comfortable bed, clean and well maintained. Our only negatives with the room was probably the decor and carpet which was extremely dark together with the towels which were very thin and had seen better days. The carpet had a black background with yellow pattern, which made it very difficult to see anything that was dropped and made the room very dark. Breakfast was typical Ibis continental with coffee, orange juice, pastries etc. but was included in our room rate so no complaints. As the hotel is pretty remote and little else to choose from to eat out we decided to eat in on both nights. The food choice was fairly limited but was OK, well cooked and reasonably priced. We booked this hotel as we were visiting the Palace de Versailles. Although it is 3 miles (5km) away it is an easy pretty level straight walk which takes about an hour, but suited us perfectly as we enjoy walking. Alternatively there is a bus stop on the main road about 100 yards away from the hotel and it is an easy drive by car. All the team we spoke to and met during our stay were very helpful and friendly.

Worst hotel very unclean rooms, room service doesn't clean rooms, the room utilities are not working . worst staff including the manager, very arrogant people who doesn't understand what customer service is and they refuse to help with simple issues saying it is not there responsibility, they changed there policy without giving notice just because it is convenient, they even hang the phone on you while talking!!

The room was smaller than expected but the self checking system is convenient if you don't know the time arrival. The restaurant across the street was very good.

The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The hotel is located in the hotel's service station, but it is not very beautiful, but very well located (train to go to Paris and near Versailles by car). The staff is available and present especially at late arrival. The staff is effective, we had no more shower freeze and at our request the reapproval was made in the SDB. The parking is correct and mostly free. What to ask for better ....

J’ai réservé une nuit le samedi soir dernier à l’hôtel Best Western St Quentin: je suis ravie de mon séjour. Le personnel est génial, très compétant et souriant. Les chambres sont très propres et la literie très confortable ! Le petit déjeuné très bon ! Le personnel a même personnalisé la déco de notre chambre. Merci encore à eux ! Proche de la nationale et de l’autoroute le parking est grand, gratuit et sécurisé. Proche d’un grand centre commercial c’est très pratique pour se rendre au cinéma ou au restaurant.

The hotel is in the center of town, right next to the train station. If you're a good walker, you can also make the trip to the Velodrome. The breakfast is decent with a good selection. My room was unusually large for a B&B hotel, which I've never experienced before. The TV and other furnishings also made a good impression. The walls seemed relatively thin. You can't hear every conversation in the room next door, but you can hear a lot from the hallway, and in my case in particular, I kept hearing a knocking noise from the pipes.

I absolutely wanted to share my exceptional experience at the ibis budget Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines hotel. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a team of remarkable kindness and availability. They took the time to answer all my questions and advise me on the surrounding area. The service was impeccable throughout my stay. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. The value for money is unbeatable, and the welcome and service are simply exceptional.
