Very good hotel rooms clean and comfortable staff very helpful and friendly We arrived later than expected and they kept restaurant open Food in the lodge restaurant very good and staff excellent Buffet breakfast very good as well Would definitely stay again and would recommend it to friends

We stayed here for one night as part of our journey home. The hotel looks very basic from outside, but has lots of secure parking and is easily accessed from the motorway. It saves you driving into the city if you are just looking for a bed for the night. The reception staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The smart TVs mean you can connect to your own Netflix etc. should you wish to. We walked through the tree lined paths to the local supermarket and passed a variety of restaurants on the way. We ate dinner in the nearby Italian restaurant, which is within a two minute walking distance. The receptionist served us coffee at E1.50 which we took to our room in the evening. Breakfast was served in the little breakfast room and was as you'd expect; tasty with an adequate selection. The cost was very competitive and breakfast was included, as we booked directly with the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would use the chain again.

When searching for an in house Restaurant we had to confirm each hotel / motel by email. This Campanile did not normally offer Saturday Service but on rechecking a comment in their response they came back saying that they had a tour group booking that night and the chef could provide dinner provided that we could make a firm booking. We bit their hand off and confirmed and payed in moments. We ate on the terrace I drank to much wine but could still walk the dogs. The wine was extra as was the dessert and coffee, we were delayed leaving because the evening staff had failed to add the extras to the bill but a few minutes to prevent a mistake is ok. Will we go again, a big yes the staff were friendly and helpful

Abords très simples, pas luxueux mais très propre. Chambre impecc assez spacieuse équipée bouilloire café/ thé, Yvetot. Rien à redire, rapport qualité prix impecc. De plus petit déjeuner super !! Restaurant intégré très simple mais correct, équipe féminine très s’impatiente

We have stayed many times, for us it's ideally located, staff are always welcoming and friendly, we sometimes stay for the breakfast again this is good value. There is ample free parking that is great.

I am used to go to B&B which are good for quality/price. This time arriving at midnight I had some issues booking directly on their website. It was impossible to get my key at the entrance. I had to call assistance and then wait to get a miserable woman called Marie who was able to finally give me a room… I think Marie should change her job to something else as clearly she forgot her smile at home with her customer service skills.

Bien situé notamment par rapport au Zenith avec des restaurants à proximité. Accueil à l'Ibis Style car pas de réception à l'Ibis Budget, la chambre n'était pas chauffée à l'arrivée alors que la température extérieure était de moins 4° ! donc au moins 2 h avant que la température de la pièce soit acceptable. Le lendemain matin à nouveau pas de chauffage adapté dans les parties communes ni dans la salle du petit déjeuner alors que la température extérieure était de moins 6 °.Je peux comprendre qu'il faille faire des économies d'énergie mais cela dépasse le minimum de confort attendu. De plus les aliments proposés au petit déjeuner notamment la charcuterie et le fromage étaient complétement glacés comme s'ils sortaient du congélateur (12 € car pas de restauration à l'Ibis Budget) Donc à ce prix on est en droit de s'attendre à un minimum de qualité

We have not used an F1 hotel for some years but, for some reason, our usual choices were fully-booked. However, previous experience of the F1 Group was satisfactory - certainly for a budget hotel. What a disappointment on this occasion! Our first complaint was that there was not a single towel - hand or bath - in the room. The gentleman at Reception informed us that we could buy towels, or upgrade to a more expensive room! Having already paid almost €70 we did not wish to pay anymore. Remember, this is a hotel where toilets and showers are shared - and one has to walk along the corridor to make use of either. There had been, we were informed, a refurbishment of the premises. I don't know what was considered wrong with the previous decor, but we were not impressed by the wall facing us as we went to bed - photo below! The weather was hot and humid, but the cold-air blower in the room was not functioning! There wasn't even a plastic tumbler for rinsing out one's mouth after teeth-brushing. In our opinion, the chain should be re-named ”ripofF1”. We shall NOT be returning.

The motel room was clean and in good order. The accommodation in general was well presented and gave a good impression. Everything worked well and we were very happy with the facilities. BUT: I had a terrible night's sleep because of the noise from other guests. The occupants of the adjacent room were very noisy until past midnight. Then from 4am onwards until our alarm went off at 7am, there was a succession of other guests leaving the motel. This resulted in numerous slams of room doors vehicle doors .... accompanied by loud talking. Everyone seemed oblivious to the fact that there were other guests trying to sleep. I barely obtained 3 hours of decent rest. We would not book this motel again because of the noise.
