The hotel is very good, arranged a large room, the service attitude is very good, mainly just passing by on a business trip, driving tired to find a place to rest, at the border of France and Belgium, next time you will consider staying if you pass by. After a travel disaster (no SNCF trains) we ended up here but a great place and super helpful staff. Good size rooms with interconnected rooms. Great view from the rooftop bar. Lovely breakfast and opened early for us. Thank you! Only 25 mins on the metro direct to Lille Europe/Flanders.

I am a very regular client of the B&B channel and this is not the first time I stay at the B&B of Tourcoing but this time, very disappointing: - From the opening of the room, a very unpleasant smell is felt. It comes from the bathroom and makes it think of urine that would have macerated several hours in the heat. - in the shower, the presence of very visible moisture in an angle. - The television does not respond to the telecommand, I look closely at it to see that the television power cable is completely unconnected and rolled behind the screen and that the antenna cable is also unconnected. Since when is the customer to make the connections ? By reading a view of a person who stayed here 3 weeks ago, I check the bed closer: - the sense of keeping the plate that serves as a pad are not even swim, The hotel is very affordable, but the maintenance and hygiene must not be dependent on the price.

We spent a night in transit in this hotel at a ten-minute walk from the station. The prices are very low, so it is clear that you do not expect high performances but the minimum is: a functional bathroom in the room, a comfortable bed, clean room. The only bemol is noise because half of the rooms are located on the edge of a very frequent boulevard.

Très suffisant pour un déplacement professionnel, et surtout très bon rapport qualité-prix. Pour un autre type de séjour, peut-être trop léger : décoration assez inexistante, juste le strict nécessaire. Je déplore tout de même l'absence d'un café/thé d'accueil avec la bouilloire électrique à disposition dans la chambre (seules deux doses hydroalcooliques vous attendent sur le bureau). Sinon la douche est pratique et une nouvelle fois sans esthétisme particulier. En points très positifs donc : l'emplacement immédiat gare, le calme (les trains ne s'entendent pas beaucoup), la sympathie ++ du personnel notamment au petit déjeuner (agréable de commencer la journée avec des sourires).

Un ancien campanile. Vieillissant. Fait un peu glauque quand même. Personnel gentil. Bruyant surtout du côté petite place. Car squatte une bonne partie de la nuit. Chauffage non fonctionnel. Sèche cheveux idem. Literie faut aimer matelas très mou. Premier matin petit déjeuner à 8h30, 3 croissant tout petit se battent en duel. Le jus d’orange c’était du jus de pomme. 2eme matin la salle était pleine et les croissants de taille normal et en quantité suffisante mais tjr du jus de pomme à la place du jus d’orange.

After a travel disaster (no SNCF trains) we ended up here but a great place and super helpful staff. Good size rooms with interconnected rooms. Great view from the rooftop bar. Lovely breakfast and opened early for us. Thank you! Only 25 mins on the metro direct to Lille Europe/Flanders.

中中欧经理The hotel is very good, arranged a large room, the service attitude is very good, mainly just passing by on a business trip, driving tired to find a place to rest, at the border of France and Belgium, next time you will consider staying if you pass by. The hotel pictures are nothing good, look at the blue sky and cloudless!

GGuest UserI am a very regular client of the B&B channel and this is not the first time I stay at the B&B of Tourcoing but this time, very disappointing: - From the opening of the room, a very unpleasant smell is felt. It comes from the bathroom and makes it think of urine that would have macerated several hours in the heat. - in the shower, the presence of very visible moisture in an angle. - The television does not respond to the telecommand, I look closely at it to see that the television power cable is completely unconnected and rolled behind the screen and that the antenna cable is also unconnected. Since when is the customer to make the connections ? By reading a view of a person who stayed here 3 weeks ago, I check the bed closer: - the sense of keeping the plate that serves as a pad are not even swim, The hotel is very affordable, but the maintenance and hygiene must not be dependent on the price.

GGuest UserWe spent a night in transit in this hotel at a ten-minute walk from the station. The prices are very low, so it is clear that you do not expect high performances but the minimum is: a functional bathroom in the room, a comfortable bed, clean room. The only bemol is noise because half of the rooms are located on the edge of a very frequent boulevard.
