Visited this nice hotel in October on arrival we were met with a very polite receptionist who asked us to sit down and have a drink and then I’ll take it back to our room when the room is ready. Are you upgraded our room and back in our room and we have the rest of the evening was nice Tracey in restaurant with extremely kind and helped her with our food and choice of drinks and dessert. The food was excellent. The room was clean and warm and the bed very Comfortable in the morning. We went for breakfast extremely hard for breakfast the following day we had a walk into Conway it was quite windy but you’re very pleasant came out to the hotel. Our room was clean and we had a cup of tea and sat in the bar area in the afternoon. I went for a swim in his lovely spa area which was extremely good and first class flying my swim. I went for a couple of beers in the bar area where Phil greeting me the extreme kindness and friendly. That evening we had an extremely lovely meal and drinks and I very pleasant. Lovely place set out of town. We stayed here for one night 17th August and also had dinner at the restaurant. We took the opportunity to drive around during the day and returned for dinner and drinks. The room was large as was the bathroom, clean and good facilities. We had a great meal and the service was excellent. The breakfast the following morning was full English and we had no complaints.
Positively charming hotel in a perfect location for exploration. The rooms are incredibly well appointed including great coffee service. I was especially excited by the decor and the small touches in the rooms. The staff was positively delightful, from check in to the restaurants to the bar staff. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Great stay! Thank you!

A very cozy hotel, it seems to be a chain hotel in the Wales area. It has a white appearance and is clean and refreshing. When I arrived, one of the three free parking spaces across the road from the hotel happened to be vacant. Park and follow the hotel. Ask at the front desk - although it is not the time to check in at 3pm, you can park your car and use the toilet; it is very close to Conwy Castle and the city wall. I visited the castle first and then walked back to the hotel along the city wall to check in and check in. The front desk was white The young man enthusiastically helped us carry our two suitcases up the narrow wooden stairs covered with thick blankets; the curtains were made of Welsh pure wool plaid; the bathroom had white tiles, the toilet seat had wooden washers, and the bedding was made of pure cotton. There is a plaid, thick lip blanket, breakfast is served and you can order it by yourself; coffee is served from a pot on the table, and you can help yourself with juice. The next morning after dinner, we walked around the city wall and the center of the town.
A wonderful B&B just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Conwy. We stayed in room 7 (Mountain View) which was a great size and plenty of storage for clothes with a good sized bathroom. The location is at a crossroad and it is still a bit far away from the seaside on foot. There is a large free parking lot. The accommodation is a separate entrance behind the bar. I like the design of the spiral staircase very British style. The room is exquisite and comfortable with an old small fan. The restaurant downstairs was fully booked. They arranged for us to sit in the corner of the bar for dinner. The products were very good. I personally prefer the decoration and atmosphere of the bar. It was a very pleasant night! The breakfast on the second day is half a la carte, that is, the cold cuts are self-service and the a la carte hot food is still exquisite and delicious😋... Overall very good, especially recommended to friends who want to experience a bar-type hotel!
My sister had bought me a present of a night away and seen this guest house and thought it looked lovely......it was. It is in a great and quiet location, not far from train station, amenities and beaches. Jo and staff were so lovely and want to make your stay a great experience. The bed was comfy and everything that you could need was provided. Breakfast was amazing. My husband is fussy when it comes to food but he eat quite a lot.....starting with salmon and cream cheese, fresh fruit and yogurt, pain au chocolate, toast, full english and apple juice.....I had cereal, fruit and full english.....couldn't fault it. A lovely stay.

GGuest UserA wonderful B&B just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Conwy. We stayed in room 7 (Mountain View) which was a great size and plenty of storage for clothes with a good sized bathroom.
