Last minute reservation due to a flight delay causing unexpected overnight stop. Booked on trip.com, arrived to the hotel about 10 minutes later. The bar had great options and staff were friendly. Great room, all needs met!

It is 6 minutes away from Heathrow T5, and it is very convenient to have a shuttle bus. There is nothing around, it is very convenient to arrive at night and stay for one night in transit. There is hair in the room, and the sanitation score has dropped all of a sudden. The facilities are average. Since the flight is too early the next day, it is not bad to provide breakfast in advance.

We are stay at this wonderful hotel for one nights. Here are our honest comments: 1) The location is convenient, just two bus stops away from Terminal 5 by the No. 423 bus. 2) The bedroom is elegant and equipped with modern facilities. It is very clean, comfortable, and comes with high-quality bottled water, tea, coffee, and cookies. 3 )The bedding is also very comfortable for sleeping. Stayed here for a short layover and its quite near Heathrow airport!! Took a bus from the airport, about 15-20mins (excl waiting time) and we reached. Check in: Swift, maybe cuz it was 11+pm hehe Service: Great, there was a night menu from the hotel resturant next door and our hotel staff took the extra mile to collect and bring over to reception for us 🙏 Food: Morning breakfast was a classic american brekkie buffet, it was quite good. Comfort/cleanliness: Bed was comfy, clean. Toilet was huge and very wheelchair accessible but shower area was a little small when curtains are drawn (and if u accidentally touch the wet curtains its SO COLDDDD 😳 toilet wasnt the best looking cuz it looked like public ones but overall still ok

Check in a bit slow, we booked room with queen bed and sofa bed (for our 9y.o daughter). Upon check-in, attitude was you only booked for 2 people and were “put out” when asked to prepare sofa bed ASAP (just off a 10.5hr flight). Eventually sofa bed was set up (again by a guy with bad attitude). Plenty of choice of hotels around Heathrow so I will use a different hotel next time. This is not typical of service I am used to from Holiday Inn group.

Murphy, who was our waitress in Executive Lounge was very friendly, approachable and very personable. all needs tended to very professionally and smiled throughout. a credit to the Radisson Red and the company as a whole. well done, keep smiling.

Very close to Heathrow terminals 3 and 2. Hopper bus takes you quickly there. Rooms are clean and nice. Service desks are very helpful and in the most part pleasant.
