It is 6 minutes away from Heathrow T5, and it is very convenient to have a shuttle bus. There is nothing around, it is very convenient to arrive at night and stay for one night in transit. There is hair in the room, and the sanitation score has dropped all of a sudden. The facilities are average. Since the flight is too early the next day, it is not bad to provide breakfast in advance.

Last minute reservation due to a flight delay causing unexpected overnight stop. Booked on trip.com, arrived to the hotel about 10 minutes later. The bar had great options and staff were friendly. Great room, all needs met!

Conveniently located right next to long term parking and connected by Heathrow Pod to Terminal 5. Bed is surprisingly comfy. Room is small but that’s not too much of an issue for a transit hotel.
Staff can appear emotionless but that’s also understandable - customers are mostly transient in nature so why would the staff invest any emotion in them?

We booked this hotel for our 4 day trip to London as it was so much cheaper than anywhere else, included buffet breakfast and a kitchen so we could save money on food!
The service was good, the suite was great and we were pleased to find out (sadly on the last day) that we could request vegetarian sausages. The only (slight) issue is that the dishwasher in the room had not been assembled fully…

Check in a bit slow, we booked room with queen bed and sofa bed (for our 9y.o daughter). Upon check-in, attitude was you only booked for 2 people and were “put out” when asked to prepare sofa bed ASAP (just off a 10.5hr flight). Eventually sofa bed was set up (again by a guy with bad attitude). Plenty of choice of hotels around Heathrow so I will use a different hotel next time. This is not typical of service I am used to from Holiday Inn group.

the hotel is super clean and quiet. the location is great, very close to Heathrow Airport, with only about 7mins car ride from Terminal 2, which cost me 16 pounds taking the black cab. you can even see the runway through out the window if your room is in good position (mine is. the breakfast is great too, with many options and all taste good.

Murphy, who was our waitress in Executive Lounge was very friendly, approachable and very personable. all needs tended to very professionally and smiled throughout. a credit to the Radisson Red and the company as a whole. well done, keep smiling.

Very close to Heathrow terminals 3 and 2. Hopper bus takes you quickly there. Rooms are clean and nice. Service desks are very helpful and in the most part pleasant.
