Double Plus Room No Window
LOCATION
This hotel is super fit for purpose! Located in the Terminal 3 Arrivals hall at the far end (next to the buses and coaches terminal), there’s just a large sleek wooden reception desk behind which the stairs and lift to the rooms are.
ROOM
Normally I could not stay in a room without windows, but for the purpose of sleeping a few hours before your flight, the rooms make perfect sense. Just enough space for a couple carrying two midsize suitcases. There’s a kettle with coffee and tea, a simple TV, hotel phone. The bathroom, small as it is, impressed me most: new, clean, well designed. No hair conditioner though.
FOOD
From the refrigerated shelves at the hotel reception there’s a decent choice of food and beverages a la Pret A Manger. Alternatively: cafes at the Arrival Hall
SERVICE
Fine. Though upon check in we were asked to fill in the hotel form with our details but we arrived so late at night that I turned it down as we were just too tired.
The environment is quiet and the bedding is clean. The fly in the ointment is that the subway is a little far away, but it is worth staying. The staff can store the biscuits from the luggage for free. Eat well
Really enjoy the breakfast buffet at OXBO cafe. We were being served by Ayshea and we want to thank you for her great service everyday.
She always have a smile on her face which is very important to make us a good day.
I would also like to praise Sharan who helped us with the check in, she is very patient and taking good care of us.

This is the first time I have booked a hotel alone for the night before a flight and I was very impressed both with the hotel and its reception staff who arranged my transport to the airport for me too. I would use again and recommend
When you say Hilton you ca be sure to have a comfortable stay in there.
The location of Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow is suitable and just 6 min drive from terminals 2 and 3. Be careful not to mix the Hilton Garden inn which is directly in the terminal 3.
At the hotel spacey parking is available with additional 15£z
Beautiful reception with ambiance. Hallways with Hilton style. Room is a bit small but comfortable.
Yet the best beds, pillows and duvet for the most cosy sleep are here!!!
Shower and tub are available in the room.
Breakfast was not available in pit option yet we had the room with a read deal- 2 queen beds with 81£.
Clean and tidy. Access to food and drink downstairs as well as vending machines. Easy to check out, just drop the keycard into a slot or give it to the reception. Beware of parking, it’s a bit confusing. Shuttle bus to terminals right outside, but it costs around £7 and they don’t give change for cash.
Arrived early in Heathrow and recommended to upgrade the room with free breakfast for £100 and instant check in, although costly but worth it for the tireless and comfort after the long-haul flight.
The location is perfect for transit travellers, guess it may be the only hotel connected with covered walkway to Heathrow airport and T5 and conveniently located and connected with Heathrow express and other trains. Perfect.
We chose this hotel because it's onveniently connected to terminal 4, so we don't have to travel from London city early to catch our morning flight. The room is a bit stuffy. The air-conditioning isn't cold enough even though we set it at 16°C. The toilet has no shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. The good thing is, the bed is very big and comfy. We rested well, and that's all that matters.
Had an amazing time while waiting for my flight, they offered an option for a late check out with fee which I find very helpful as some hotels refused to. It is also accessible to airport itself and heathrow central bus terminal which is lovely. I also utilized their room service, the food was amazing! The only downside is the shower area as water is coming out while you’re using it. Definitely will book again in the future
Great location. Easy to find directions and well connected walk from Airport Terminal. Room is nice and breakfast included provides great value.
Lovely sunset view from hotel room in the evening.

Outstanding
NN_ChNice n new building however was very disappointed as the feel is not new. Taps are so bad if u open for hot water than all the water goes over sink n splash on you. On top breakfast is below standard as everything pre made notfresh and we had staff knock at 8am for no reason. Very unpleasant. Must say cosmetics look n feel is nice!
JJermStayed here for a short layover and its quite near Heathrow airport!! Took a bus from the airport, about 15-20mins (excl waiting time) and we reached.
Check in: Swift, maybe cuz it was 11+pm hehe
Service: Great, there was a night menu from the hotel resturant next door and our hotel staff took the extra mile to collect and bring over to reception for us 🙏
Food: Morning breakfast was a classic american brekkie buffet, it was quite good.
Comfort/cleanliness: Bed was comfy, clean. Toilet was huge and very wheelchair accessible but shower area was a little small when curtains are drawn (and if u accidentally touch the wet curtains its SO COLDDDD 😳 toilet wasnt the best looking cuz it looked like public ones but overall still ok
SSteve 1957Check in a bit slow, we booked room with queen bed and sofa bed (for our 9y.o daughter). Upon check-in, attitude was you only booked for 2 people and were “put out” when asked to prepare sofa bed ASAP (just off a 10.5hr flight). Eventually sofa bed was set up (again by a guy with bad attitude). Plenty of choice of hotels around Heathrow so I will use a different hotel next time. This is not typical of service I am used to from Holiday Inn group.
GGuest UserIt was a lovely day for my wife and I. Breakfast was nice with quite a few options. We got so carried away that we didn’t take any pictures and we slept in! It was the best getaway vacation since the birth our youngest! I recommend if you want a neat and quiet hotel next door to Heathrow.
GGuest UserThe location of the Hotel is close to the airport, We arrived at night so we took a taxi to the hotel , it took around 2 mins.
Hotel room was absolutely clean just the water supply from shower was not strong enough otherwise it was perfect .
Breakfast was so tasty , it found a pancake manchine at the corner , it was fun to make a lover pancake by pressing a button only
TTan24The location is ideal to get to T5 Heathrow Terminal using the POD transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite big and there seem to be lots of parties happening. The bar is a sports bar and you can enjoy drinks and food. The corridors are very long. The hotel furniture and interior are a bit outdated, but for a short stay it's ok.
GGuest UserGood location clean and tidy room with great shower. Excellent service at check in where there was some confusion over my booking which was related to their system and suitable sorted by reception staff. Good food and bar at acceptable prices 🌹🙏
GGuest UserIt was a good stay, smooth and easy check in. Good location. However I feel housekeeping could have been a little bit better. Sometimes I spend the whole day out and came back only to find my room not done and they end up coming late at night to ask if I would like to have the room cleaned.
GGuest UserThis is the second time I’ve stayed at the Radisson Red in the past month due to flying from Heathrow. It is also the second time that checking in was chaotic, with the self check in computers not working and this not being resolved with increased or quicker staff. Moreover, the staff have a habit of not making eye contact with you, not acknowledging you, not really managing the chaos or reassuring properly. In the end, I waited in a queue for around half an hour to check in. People are naturally tired when they get to an airport hotel- the staff need to show some awareness of that. Then in the morning, I asked when the next shuttle to heathrow was and was informed, 2 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes and no bus. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and was told ‘it’s heathrow that run the bus, not us.’ It was yet more unhelpful at tidied and an unwillingness to be at all accountable.
