Double Plus Room No Window
LOCATION
This hotel is super fit for purpose! Located in the Terminal 3 Arrivals hall at the far end (next to the buses and coaches terminal), there’s just a large sleek wooden reception desk behind which the stairs and lift to the rooms are.
ROOM
Normally I could not stay in a room without windows, but for the purpose of sleeping a few hours before your flight, the rooms make perfect sense. Just enough space for a couple carrying two midsize suitcases. There’s a kettle with coffee and tea, a simple TV, hotel phone. The bathroom, small as it is, impressed me most: new, clean, well designed. No hair conditioner though.
FOOD
From the refrigerated shelves at the hotel reception there’s a decent choice of food and beverages a la Pret A Manger. Alternatively: cafes at the Arrival Hall
SERVICE
Fine. Though upon check in we were asked to fill in the hotel form with our details but we arrived so late at night that I turned it down as we were just too tired.
This was booked by my company at short notice. I would not advise choosing to stay here. Dated and lacking any effort to tidy up external areas the hotel has had no investment. This is a shame as the site is well-located and has character and a bit of history. There is evidence that the hotel is used to support international travel which was evidenced by the derogatory comments left on the bathroom mirror concerning Luton airport which appeared in the condensation after my first shower suggesting that the room cleaning was slightly haphazard. There is a need for just basic handyman work, really simple activity like touching up paintwork, holes in walls etc and removing obsolete room fittings for hairdryer and kettles that have been replaced by plug-in models. The bath plug didn’t work and shower head spray couldn’t be adjusted, wobbly toilet flush etc. Even the ‘new’ annex, which I stayed in, is looking very tired. Basic administration and effort was lacking such as updating the room folders with correct information. No mention of the internet password in the room – which required a tramp down to reception to ask. I did it just so I could leave this review. There is a nice array of coffee making items but rather marred by a lack of teaspoons which required me to stir my hot chocolate with my toothbrush handle. The signs and literature refer to the site as having a restaurant yet it doesn’t even provide a breakfast. It mentions the site as a venue for functions such as weddings; the state of outside areas and communal areas would not support this assertion. A bit of TLC could make this a good hotel and venue.
Always helpful staff. No significant airplane noise, given that the hotel is very close to a landing path. Good to see that the hotel still has refrigerators in the rooms. Well equipped gym for a smaller hotel. An easily walkable mile from a large Tesco supermarket. Our favorite Heathrow hotel!

Nicely decorated, simple but modern and classy. Clean, accessible options available. 24/7 room service is a great service especially for late travellers but more options would be great. Shower & soaps were nice, bed was large and very comfortable. Could do with leaving a toothbrush kit as most hotels do being an airport hotel. Staff were friendly and accomodating, i am late stage pregnancy and staff accommodated me with offering a room close to reception. The price is very fair for the overall experience. Would recommend and would stay again.
This is the first time I have booked a hotel alone for the night before a flight and I was very impressed both with the hotel and its reception staff who arranged my transport to the airport for me too. I would use again and recommend
this is amazing, i stayed here with my friend. he said he liked me and hugged me from behind. i can't believe that night has passed. maybe i will come here again next weekend, it was so much fun with him
We booked 2 rooms but they said cannot be closed to each other. We changed to a suite that was close to the 2nd room, then I found out that the room was very big, enough for 4 but according to the manager, cannot just use one room as the room was only for 3 adults. As I have full paid, no refund accoding to manager. Fair deal but not nice.
The location is very close to terminal 2 but walking to terminal 3 without any lugguage needs at least 15 min. Beware.
Otherwise as expected from a chain hotel.
🎉This is a wonderful hotel with a clean and elegant environment. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, providing an enjoyable stay. The bed is soft and clean, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to meet guests’ needs. Breakfast is plentiful, with fresh and delicious options. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to transportation, making it ideal for business or leisure travelers. Overall, it was a highly satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend it! 😋The English breakfast at this hotel was also quite good, with a nice selection of freshly prepared items. It added a pleasant touch to the stay and made the mornings even more enjoyable. 🚬The smoking area downstairs is also quite elegant, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. It’s a thoughtful addition for guests, allowing a relaxing space without affecting the hotel’s overall ambiance.
The hotel is linked thru the cover walk way about 400 meters away. Great location for those hv flight connection. The room is clean, well appointed. The breakfast is good too. The only thing which can improve is the water pressure in shower

GGuest UserWe have been wonderfully taken care of by the staff in this hotel. The staff especially behind the coffee bar, Zahir, Thomas, Kamilla and many of the friendly faces that greet us each morning have made coming here an added bonus. They are always on hand to greet and add their own unique special touches to our days. They are a credit to a hotel that is fairly new yet has established itself as a firm favourite of mine. Thank you for your hosting
JJermStayed here for a short layover and its quite near Heathrow airport!! Took a bus from the airport, about 15-20mins (excl waiting time) and we reached.
Check in: Swift, maybe cuz it was 11+pm hehe
Service: Great, there was a night menu from the hotel resturant next door and our hotel staff took the extra mile to collect and bring over to reception for us 🙏
Food: Morning breakfast was a classic american brekkie buffet, it was quite good.
Comfort/cleanliness: Bed was comfy, clean. Toilet was huge and very wheelchair accessible but shower area was a little small when curtains are drawn (and if u accidentally touch the wet curtains its SO COLDDDD 😳 toilet wasnt the best looking cuz it looked like public ones but overall still ok
GGinge5Pro's and con's for this hotel are at the opposite ends of the spectrum.
The gentleman who greeted us at checkout was polite, helpful and happy.
The member of staff who woke us up banging on the next door room at 6am. Not so much.
After what felt like 5 minutes of loud banging outside our door and over 20 knocks at 6am both me and my wife were very much awake. I answered the door to a member of staff who said he was trying to wake the next room. I joked that our room were all awake and he just continued banging as loud as he could on the door. I did let the reception know and they acknowledged that this wasn't normal. The management however dismissed this complaint.
I do think that most long haul flyers value their sleep, but that is the hotels policy apparently.
In the morning we needed to print our COVID test results and the reception staff acted like a McDonald's worker who you have just asked for additional ketchup sachets.
Breakfast however is great, a good spread of hot and cold foods and good coffee too.
The sports lounge is an ideal spot to wait in before you head to the airport to check in too.
GGuest UserI had an absolutely delightful stay at [Hotel Name]. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day.
A special mention to Sir Ivan Caldeira, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout my stay. His professionalism and kind demeanor stood out, ensuring every need was met promptly and with a smile.
The overall service was outstanding, with every team member exuding warmth and politeness. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-serviced stay. I’ll definitely be returning!
GGuest UserThis would have been the perfect review had a cleaner not come into my room at 08:19 whilst I was still sleeping. I heard a knock at the door, but I thought I was dreaming. She then entered my room before I asked her to get out. I had travelled to London the night before a weightlifting competition because I was prioritising sleep. In hindsight, it would have been as well travelling on the day of the competition because I would have slept better at home. It defeated the purpose of my stay and I am annoyed that I have paid for the room now. I understand that my checkout time was 12:00 so why were they trying to turn my room around at 08:19. Very frustrating.
GGuest UserGood location clean and tidy room with great shower. Excellent service at check in where there was some confusion over my booking which was related to their system and suitable sorted by reception staff. Good food and bar at acceptable prices 🌹🙏
CChua Yuet LeeWe are stay at this wonderful hotel for one nights.
Here are our honest comments:
1) The location is convenient, just two bus stops away from Terminal 5 by the No. 423 bus.
2) The bedroom is elegant and equipped with modern facilities. It is very clean, comfortable, and comes with high-quality bottled water, tea, coffee, and cookies.
3 )The bedding is also very comfortable for sleeping.
Overall, Keep up the good work and continue to provide high-quality service at a reasonable price for your customers.

NNicoleStanciuVery close to Heathrow terminals 3 and 2. Hopper bus takes you quickly there. Rooms are clean and nice. Service desks are very helpful and in the most part pleasant.
HHereComesTheSunAfter a 15 hour flight, the Radisson Red hotel was the perfect place to relax. The rooms were large and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. We enjoyed the classy decor and the yummy selection at breakfast too!
GGuest UserThe room in the advert is not what you are going to be staying in (well there are a few rooms like that). The reality of this hotel is the pictures attached. My staff paid for the rooms for the night (2 of them), walked in - took photos then walked out refusing to stay in the room. The rooms smelt stale with the smell of mould, which as you can see the walls and bathroom had mould on them. the carpets were grubby and the bed broke. Clearly the hotel understands about good rooms as they have spent on some of them which are in the advertising photos, but they should not be allowing guests to stay in rooms which are in this state. A complaint has been raised and I believe a full refund is being processed. Just be wary when booking as to which room you will be getting.
