I stayed here when I was on a business trip in Norwich. The environment is great. It's just a manor hotel. The facilities are too old. The floor is creaky. The facilities in the room are very old. The third and fourth tier hotels in China are better than this. If you are a pretentious person, forget it. The environment is still very good. The air is very fresh. The breakfast is also OK. Anyway, it's just an ordinary British meal.

Clean, comfortable and compact accommodation with all the basics. Very convenient if you want to visit the university, a little less so if you want to visit the city centre, although there are regular bus services. Supermarket and coffee shop close by, pleasant surroundings. Have stayed a few times and would do so again.
A potentially lovely little serviced accommodation. Superficially tidy but everything a bit tired and grubby. No hairdryer, stale refillable bottles of toiletries, crusty bits around the taps etc. It is so close to being gorgeous; it just needs a bit of love! The noise from the pub over the road was pretty bad but that’s to be expected during graduation weekend. The concierge at the desk was very pleasant and I feel bad giving this review but it is honest.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The owner is slowly working on a full refurbishment.
There is something quite rustic to the place. It’s no Hilton, but serves the purpose for tired travellers.
Good look with the refurb. Love the concept of the Bee room!
Booked for one night to go to the football at Carrie road which is about 15min walk from hotel town centre is about 20min walk, it is easy to get to from the station just a short walk, arrived and some other guests let me in at first as the manager was not there, he arrived a few minutes later and quickly booked quests in, very easy process he showed me were I was staying as staying the other side of hotel, told me if I had any problems to ring the number on the paper stuck to the back of the door, and if I wanted to use the WiFi the code was also there. Room was small but had a shower toilet and sink as well as a hairdryer and clothes rack. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Overall place was clean and tidy I stayed in the top part at the front it was a pleasant stay.

HHollyWood5Room 8 above reception, the bed was really squeaky and barely held together.. needs to be replaced 🙄 sooo bad but comfy enough for a restful sleep.. everything else pretty good.. easy and pleasant place
TTony6499The hotel rooms are spacious and the view of the stadium is superb, as if you were in the stadium. The Wi-Fi connection in the room is smooth. There are no slippers and toothbrushes provided in the room. If necessary, you can get them at the reception desk. The staff at the reception desk are friendly and friendly. The facilities in the hotel are average, there is only one MiniGym, which is really a mini gym, but the best thing is that there is no one to compete with you. The breakfast is okay, you can order fried eggs and pancakes to order, and the reception staff in the restaurant are very friendly. There are Morrisons supermarket, b&m, Nike, H&M, Next, Boots, etc. near the hotel. Shopping is very convenient. It is also conveniently located near the Rail Station. You can take a train or bus to the City Center. If you want to travel, you can walk to the City Center via Riverside, which is very convenient. It only takes half an hour to get to the zoo by taxi. The zoo is worth a visit because you can see animals up close.
CClarkeHannahLovely hotel, reception and bar areas very nice with the reception areas having lovely marble flooring. Our room was lovely some aspects a little dated and the flooring was very sloped. Most definitely didn’t affect our time. Great parking, and in a brilliant location a short walk from shops, bars and restaurants. Would book the hotel again.

孙孙It is very close to the down town, a 15-minute walk to the shopping center, and also to the famous Norwich Market and Norwich Castle. The hotel room is not big, but clean and tidy, it is recommended.
GGuest UserReally enjoyed our relaxing spa break break. Spa was available from 6am till 10pm with no pre booking which was superb. Building was clean, the young receptionist was ever so smiley and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the lounge bar was great. Garden area were beautiful, golf course was nice. Highly to
LlyblsmThe hotel chain in the suburbs of the small city is next to the ecological park. The environment is beautiful and quiet, the service is standardized, the facilities are standard, the hotel can be very convenient to call a taxi, it is very convenient to enter and exit, the breakfast standard is rich, and it is suitable for business trips or tourism. It was a little bit of a small item at the hotel when I left, but I didn't have any inquiries, which was a little unexpected.
SStandingThe room was clean and tidy, the beds comfortable. there was Condensation in the room, the window sill was wet.
Breakfast was nice, the hot food is limited but still plenty of choice. Allergies were well catered for, the apple juice was awful 🤣
Staff were pleasant and helpful.
HHighfieldLooks a little run down outside and quite dated inside.
We spent one night in a twin room which was reasonably clean however i would suggest they upgrade the mattress protectors. Nice little complementary tray with water, tea coffee sugar and biscuits.
Staff on reception were very friendly.
We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment.
Overall stay was good.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a short walk from the railway and within easy access to the Cathedral and city centre. I stayed there for 2 nights. In the 1st night, the bathroom light was out of order as there was no one in the hotel to take care of it. Nothing was done in the following morning, and the only thing to be done is to change the room in the afternoon.
The hotel looks tired and needs some touching up, yet the rooms are spacious, functional and clean, and the bed is comfortable. There is an issue with dampness in walls though it is not too serious. If you look for a budget place to sleep at night, this is the place for you.
The average price for hotels in Norwich is AED 573 on weekdays, and AED 612 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
