GGuest UserWe stayed here for a wedding. The room itself was prefect. (Family room) Large bathroom and very spacious bedroom area. We had a mini fridge with water and milk in, tea coffee facilities etc. iron, hairdryer. Unfortunately we didn’t think the beds or pillows were very comfy. Very large bed but it was 2 beds put together and me and my partner could feel the gap between the beds! Not what we expected.
The venue is absolutely stunning! We had the best time. All staff were friendly polite and welcoming.
The food was excellent. We had pork/chicken/beef over 2 courses then a cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding. Absolutely delicious!
GGuest UserThis trip to the UK, this is my favorite hotel. It really looks like the kind of hotel in classical fiction, downstairs is a bar, or a restaurant, upstairs is a few rooms. The driver thinks that such hotel conditions will be very poor, not as good as the hotel. In fact, it is not, it is particularly good, clean, comfortable, spacious and distinctive! The most unforgettable thing for me was that on the day of arrival, I came to menstruation, no sanitary napkins, and I was in a hurry, because there were no supermarket shops around, and the location was relatively biased. I booked this hotel for the next day by the Pickering steam train. I was eating on the first floor and told the waiter about my difficulties. I didn't express it accurately. The waiter went to the back and took dry paper towels, wet paper towels, and sanitary napkins and asked me which one I needed. I pointed to the sanitary napkins. She went to the back again and took three pieces for me. It was wrapped up and others couldn't see it. I thanked her very much, wanted to give her money, she didn't. I gave her a pooch she bought the day before yesterday and she happily took it. I was very happy!
卡卡瑞纳曾布Located in the heart of the town of Helmsley, the hotel is a traditional English-style villa hotel. The hotel's environment is simple and welcoming. The small garden of the hotel is very beautiful, it is suitable for sitting in the garden for an afternoon tea. It is just that the hotel does not have a lift. It is more difficult to move the luggage into the room, and the hotel does not have any extra staff to provide such services.
AAnonymous UserJust got back from another two night stay at The Feversham Arms, Helmsley. Unfortunately one or two issues this time for the price you pay. Not all the staff were customer friendly. The bathroom needed a complete refurbishment. The outside pool and surrounding need to be cleaned. Tiles were missing in the pool.
GGuest UserWe thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at White Horse Farm and will definitely be returning. The special offers they often have on are fantastic value for money, but we enjoyed our stay that much that we feel it is definitely worth booking even if there isn't a special offer on. The whole experience was faultless and was made even more special by Jacek whose hospitality seemed effortless and so genuine, he bent over backwards to ensure we were enjoying our time whilst continually serving us with a fantastic well priced gin menu. The room we were in was at the front which gave us fantastic views of the moors, the room itself was clean, modern and cozy. The food in the restaurant was of a high quality and the service very good. Breakfast in the morning was also excellent with a plentiful choice of options. All in all a beautiful period property with a cozy, warm and welcoming atmosphere fantastic for all occasions.
