"This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Radisson Red in the past month due to flying from Heathrow. It is also the second time that checking in was chaotic, with the self check in computers not working and this not being resolved with increased or quicker staff. Moreover, the staff have a habit of not making eye contact with you, not acknowledging you, not really managing the chaos or reassuring properly. In the end, I waited in a queue for around half an hour to check in. People are naturally tired when they get to an airport hotel- the staff need to show some awareness of that. Then in the morning, I asked when the next shuttle to heathrow was and was informed, 2 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes and no bus. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and was told ‘it’s heathrow that run the bus, not us.’ It was yet more unhelpful at tidied and an unwillingness to be at all accountable."

"Room was pretty clean in general, towels were washed but still have some stains on unfortunately. Shower kept switching between warm and cool but not too bad. Overall still great value."

"Convenient Location Near the Airport, but Check-In Process Needs Improvement The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with just about a 10-minute bus ride to Heathrow. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. However, the check-in process was quite slow, taking nearly half an hour to complete. This inefficiency was frustrating and detracted from an otherwise positive experience. Improving the check-in efficiency would greatly enhance the overall guest experience."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is super convenient, very close to the airport. There’s a Hoppa shuttle bus that goes directly to the terminals, and a local bus stop right outside the hotel, which made getting around really easy."

"Stayed here for a short layover and its quite near Heathrow airport!! Took a bus from the airport, about 15-20mins (excl waiting time) and we reached. Check in: Swift, maybe cuz it was 11+pm hehe Service: Great, there was a night menu from the hotel resturant next door and our hotel staff took the extra mile to collect and bring over to reception for us 🙏 Food: Morning breakfast was a classic american brekkie buffet, it was quite good. Comfort/cleanliness: Bed was comfy, clean. Toilet was huge and very wheelchair accessible but shower area was a little small when curtains are drawn (and if u accidentally touch the wet curtains its SO COLDDDD 😳 toilet wasnt the best looking cuz it looked like public ones but overall still ok"

"I had booked a king-sized room for 9 nights. Surprisingly, there was another extra single bed so I could use the room space to sort out my clothes without messes. 😁 Although there was no bathtub in my room, I felt totally comfortable and privacy within. It never fails my expectations to see that the room was always kept clean and tidy after coming back from my activities every single day. It takes only about 7 mins to get to the hotel directly from Heathrow Central Bus station. You should not miss out the intercontinental breakfast it caters for guests daily at a price of £13. I simply love it and I got to savour it on the last day of my stay there. Yes, I will certainly come to stay at Leonardo London Heathrow Airport Hotel again if I should visit again! Highly recommended! 💯👍👏👏👏"

"I received two bottles of water while I checked in (even I am just one person) The room is best so far I stayed in London for 4 difficult hotel.  Towels are very clean. Large TV, soft bed but extremely comfortable. The bus stop just outside of hotel near all the hotels in bath room (I think it is the closest stop compare to all other hotels) I didn’t have chance to try the restaurant but people are just so nice."
