It was our first time in this hotel. Everything was perfect. They welcomed us with the best way. All the staff are very kind. We had a very nice room with a pool that was cleaned every day. The food was very tasty and you had the possibility for a different meal every day. We also visited the spa and the girls in the desk Lena and Katerina were very helpful. We choose the Kind and Queen where Christos and Chris's gave it to us where we can say that it was the bast massage we have ever had. I also visited the hair salon and Renia she is very good and very kind. It was great. We will definitely come back!!!

A basic but adequate hotel very convenient if you need somewhere near the airport. Reception was friendly and efficient. The room was on the small side but perfectly OK for what we wanted. Despite being near the airport it was fairly quiet and we slept well. Despite arriving at almost 11:00pm we were able to get a basic bite to eat, in our case an omelet which was perfect for our needs. Shower was fine. Breakfast buffet was a bit basic, but fair value for €7. The hotel has parking, which is useful. We never tried the pool. It looked a little on the small side. Not a ‘Destination’ hotel, but if I ever had a late flight in or early flight out I would happily use again.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful inside. Rooms are fabulous.. The buffet breakfast is wonderful on top of the roof with terrace. The staff was wonderful.. They recommend a neighbor restaurant Sofa within 15 minutes walking distance. I had spaghetti Bolognese was fabulous. I only stayed one night. They held my luggage and found me a taxi ride for $70 euros to chania which took less time then taking the bus. I hope to come back to this hotel and stay there longer to explore heraklion more. I sent them a post card from my home town to thank them

I couldn’t fault it, it is absolutely amazing more than I expected. The interior design is amazing and professionally done, bathroom design gave me ideas for our new home. It’s near shops but having a car is a must, Crete is one large and beautiful island. The restaurant outside is amazing and we also found a great cafe down the road which had great food.

Hotel very comfortable for people coming from the port, near the center a ten minutes walk and about 4 km from the airport. Clean rooms, large with terrace, comfortable shower, air conditioning, lift. Breakfast breakfast and relaxation room, very friendly staff, i.e. pleasant surprise I am surprised that it is only 2 stars. We also had excellent food instructions

It is more convenient to go to Curlesburg, the bus station, and the central square. It is almost 500 meters walk. Take the 2nd road to Knossos Palace. The hotel staff is warm and friendly, the breakfast is very rich, and it is constantly improving according to our needs. The hotel can also help contact sightseeing. Because it is difficult to go to Spinalonga Island in the off-season (not open on weekdays), but Mary helped contact the taxi driver, carefully planned the route and plan for us, and constantly discussed. On the day of the trip, the driver also learned that there is a temporary group on the island, so by the way, it can be opened to us, so that the journey has no regrets!
