GGuest UserI am starting the second week of my stay at the Royal Hotel in Peraia, having decided after a somewhat difficult year to spend a fortnight on.my own. I have been to Greece many times, but not to central Macedonia. I did my 'due diligence , and the Royal Hotel was the only one that fulfilled all of my criteria. Over the years, primarily on business, I have stayed in some of the finest hotels in the world. The excellence of service and the value For money here, would be incredibly difficult to surpass. Regrettably the staff will have (DV) to endure me for another fortnight, next June .......

DDavid吳The process requirements are in line with Hyatt's standards, and the counter operations are international high-standard professional reception services. There are no shortcomings! The most satisfying thing is the pick-up and drop-off service provided by the concierge. Not only a few days before arrival, the airport pick-up meeting point map and step-by-step graphic instructions were emailed, making the pick-up and drop-off service simple and convenient, and it is also free. It’s absolutely perfect!!

RraytonAlthough a little out of the way the hotel is easy to find. There are shops, a pharmacy and a supermarket 8 minutes walk away to meet any needs of small children. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the swimming pool is very good. We have been to this hotel before six years ago, so returning here was nice. The only downside, the breakfast did not have as good a selection of fresh fruit or variety of yoghurt. Although I love Greek yoghurt. At the rear of the hotel near our room the staff had taken to dumping any large broken furniture or carpets outside the corridor window. In addition the swimming pool and area opened at 10 am yet clean up preparation of beds and cutting did not start till 10. Other than that the hotel is excellent and should be used by anyone passing this way.

GGuest UserI stayed in room 202 for 1 night January 1, 2023. My room was located on the main level with a view of the main interstate highway. My bed had 2 twin very comfortable beds that you could push together. There was a TV with remote, small refrigerator, office desk and only a remote control for the heater. I did see a huge black bug crawling on my room floor the next morning. The hotel does have an outdoor swimming pool, free airport shuttle service, bar and restaurant for the morning breakfast. I had to leave very early so was not able to have breakfast. Other food orders are placed at the bar. I had to have the front lobby desk call someone to come to the bar, otherwise no one was manning the bar area. Their Greek lasagna was very good and very filling, highly recommend it. It is a few miles from central Thessaloniki. There is a gas station close by. The hotel main lobby area was very clean, and the staff were very pleasant. Nice short stay.

As always the Ambassador exceeds all expectations. When you leave your feel like family. We will always stay with them when we are in Thessaloniki! We have been staying with them for years and they never disappoint!

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very far from the center, but it may be a good choice for those who will use the airport. The hotel had a huge sound insulation problem. We had a hard time sleeping throughout the night. All the noise from the next room and the corridor was coming to our room. There was a constant sound coming from somewhere in the room. We guess it might be a refrigerator. Overall the room cleaning was good but I think the carpets need to be removed. The carpets were not clean, there was hair on them. The beds were comfortable but very squeaky. It was disturbing. Also, the stain on the duvet was unpleasant.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We found the breakfast sufficient and liked it.

We used the Hotel as stay over, as we had a early flight from SKG. The rooms where nice and clean; kids enjoyed the pool area and kids-playing area. The 24h reception was a benefit, as well as the team wich was really attendive. Price/value top!
