First time staying with family, the location of the guest house is very good, there is an Indomaret next door, quite a lot of food stalls, the mosque is only 50 meters away, but the cleanliness of the bathroom is still lacking, the bathroom smells. And parking if you bring a car, you have to fight with other guests.

CChristian RobertusChoose a non-smoking room, but the room is still smelly. I don't know if they change the blanket or not. If you have a morning flight, I don't recommend this hotel because at the bottom of this hotel there is a small bar and live music, the bass of the music echoing into the room.

AAnonymous UserLocation is wonderful. But little dirty and too much noisy. I can hear clearly the outside store music sound until late time and traffic sound also. For the more, The room was not soundproofed at all, so I could hear sounds from the room next door and the hallway very clearly.

GGuest UserBrief overnight stay. Everything was fine. The room was comfortable and spacious. The balcony and sea view was a bonus. Nice big shower in the bathroom but no hand towels. Wi-Fi was good but required a different log-in when outside the room.
In the common areas, the gym was good and pretty well equipped. The covered pool was a bit small and random. Unfortunately we had to skip breakfast as we had a very early flight to catch.

GGuest UserThis is an old 4 star hotel but still maintaining well. The lobby, rooms, restaurant and sitting area are great and spacious. Location wise is not far from airport and town center. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of choices. Will come back to stay in this hotel on my next visit to Balikpapan.

GGuest UserIt really smell smoking in the whole hotel, even in my non-smoking room..
An electrical central just in the front of the hotel is blowing smoke non-stop from burning coal.
1 elevator only, sometimes long wait.
The bass from the discotheque can be heard until the 6th floor, hard to sleep.
Some scary people hanging out on the main hall after 11 pm..
The worst wifi signal I never met in my whole trip..
The breakfast and the staff who work there was the only good point..

The staffs here very polite and helpful.
We try the free facilities (whirl pool, sauna and steam). Really makes us comfortable and relax.

BBaktigood facilities,clean room,good service. However, as a note, on the electronic card of the room should be given a useful guide in addition to the door so that customers know to insert the card to the power slot on the wall of the room or in the message of how to use it when they are given at the reception. It's probably the same if the door lock light can be fixed.
