"Booked non-smoking room. Was given rooms on level 9th floor, which is a flexible floor where guests can smoke. I have asked what if there’s still smoke smell, the receptionist convince me that they ozone the rooms so shouldn’t have any smell. Room only ready at around 4pm (check-in starts at 2pm). Once i went in, the cigaratte smells was so strong, the staffs immediately sprayed deodorizer. Left the room, come back at 10pm, same smell. Called the service, no reply, called again to receptionist immediay ask to change room. They wanted to ozone the room again. It’s freaking 10pm, mind you. The guy ozone came and asked me whether i wasn’t aware with the floor flexibility. Mind you, i am paying for NON SMOKING ROOM, NOT FLEXIBLE ROOM. This hotel is a joke."

Actually was arrvived late about 3pm, we booked 3 room. But just available 2 room with connecting door (nice as i request). But another 1 room still waiting, because the room not ready. We waiting for so long until about 4pm we can check in the room (after i request the housekeeping to clean up the room).
After that we had a called, that we had complimentary dinner buffet (for the delayed check in). We was happy.
After we arrived at around 7pm, the food was empty. The staff didnt notice that they need to refill the food. Chicken with kare soup was cold. Foods variety was limited. Also a lady in 1 group was complaining: spending 200K/person, but the food was disappointed. Same also we spend extra charge.
The next morning went to the gym, i found dirty stuff at men restroom.
In the morning before i check in, i try to call the hotel to fix line. But nobody answer the phone. Maybe the mamagement should check it.
It was unexpected experience to staying at 5 stars hotel. Need to improve the service

- various information is on TV & The TV can mirror if you need it.
- Mineral water is provided in large portions, you can also refill it at the dispenser outside the room.
- the receptionist is also good, very friendly, upgraded my room.
- The security guard is also friendly
- I really enjoy the view of Bandung city with rainy weather, so I feel at home in Bandung haha
just a little expensive.

Room was fine except that air con water dripping and wet the floor for room 1010. Quiet and nice view. Staff was polite and try to meet needs. Not able to communicate with English.

the connection on off and really not as 4 star hotel.
And the parking lot, its not easy to go in and out and its space only limited especially for high season, when you are in, and u wont go out as no parking space left haha..
Overall its good hotel for staycation.

AAdhistya FebrianiLocation was amazing, it’s truly near the heart of Bandung, as it was located in Dago. It was a walking distance to some great restaurants (Sagoo, Kedai Nenek, Ampera, etc.) and groceries (Superindo, Rumah Buah).
Room also clean, and spacious. I booked a suite room, and had no problems at all in regards to cleanliness, amenities and no leaking sounds from another room.
However, they didn’t have the drop-off lobby, so guests must carry their own luggages from the basement to the lobby through an elevator.
Parking lots also limited and I can say it was a small space for a basement.

I also loved the vibe of the hotel - it's like a fusion of art, comfort, and chill 🎨. And, bonus! 🎁 There are some awesome on-site vendors selling unique goodies 🛍️. I picked up this gorgeous laptop bag that I'm still obsessing over 💻. Plus, the hotel's location is perfect 📍. Step outside and you're surrounded by tons of delicious eateries and shopping spots 🍴🛍️. All in all, Hay Hotel Bandung has stolen my heart ❤️. Can't wait to come back and experience it all again! 🙌 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
