Bed/mattress: head side is lower than foot side, slanted
Parking area: There are floors with different heights without any color to differentiate them. My child didn't know/pay attention and then fell.
Breakfast: Not many kinds of dishes and the taste is ordinary. The dori pesmol is not delicious. The tofu flower soup is delicious.
Location: near the town square
Staffs: friendly
Air condition: Hidden behind a pillar, making the room not too cold.

GGuest UserI have travelled with my wife for our Anniversary. I booked this hotel because of high rating in trip.com. However, I don’t feel like its worth the price. For a 5 star resort, it lacks lot of features and amenities.
I am not complaining, the stay was good. The staff were great! However, I felt not satisfied either what the resort provided. First thing, It’s not big enough for a resort. Second, The rooms looked a bit old. I stayed in Premiere room, and the wash basin area is open towards the room. Personally, i don’t like this. Either put it inside washroom dry area, or put a door between bedroom and closet space.
Anyway, the toiletries were still provided in plastics tubes. For a resort like this , i hope they can go for refillable soap dispensers instead of increasing this plastic wastage. Also , going to your room is like a game of maze. You have to take two elevator and walk a lot. If you want to go to parking area, add additional one more elevator.Thats a lot!

Bad experience also when borrowing towel from swimming pool, the staff warn us not to bring the towel back to room, which is very unpleasant (cold and wet)

MMOHAMED ALIFFI BINThe front desk staff is not customer-friendly and appeared very grudgy when told that the room access card was faulty as it did not work when I tried to scan it inside the elevator to access to my room floor. Instead of exploring what could be the issue, the staff simply told me to use the other elevator instead. When I asked her if I would face the same problem accessing my room with the card, she got annoyed and told me off that the system indicated its OK.
Although it was a bad experience during check in, we were impressed with the food spread offered for breakfast. Love the food varieties and the charming set up in the restaurant overlooking the mountains.

Near hotel, you can easy find the pedagang kaki lima, restaurant and kiosk for finding meals like pecel, soto and gorengan for breakfast and nasj goreng, ayam telur, mie ayam etc for dinner
For present snack gift, you will get to toko oleh-oleh paradise and ken dedes, and also near kripik apple and nangka home factory with brand LEO at place gang kripik

LLina AwalThe location is good near to Museum Angkut and easy access to eateries. The room is spacious. We requested for extra mineral water and the hotel only provide one bottle and additional will be charged and also for hotel towel it will be additional cost. They do not have iron for hotel guests. It’s ridiculous as this is the basic need for guest when they book the accommodation. Breakfast just basic nothing much interesting.

FFamilyTravelerThe old hotel was replaced by a theme park hotel concept. Unfortunately I'm not quite ready for that yet. The bathroom where I was staying had a moldy ceiling and some of the wood was peeling slightly. Many statues give the impression of horror. Even though the waiters are friendly, there seems to be a lack of staff for such a large number of hotels and rides, which also affects the cleanliness of the hotel, which should be maximal.

AAnonymous UserI've had 2x staycations here and it never disappoints. staff is friendly and fast. the rooms are spacious and clean. even though the room is air conditioned but during the stay it didn't turn on the ac, it was really cold. each room has a balcony, and is non-smoking. got room no 221 type junior view it's beautiful✨

The sink doesn't have hand sanitizer,
Even if it's on a rock, it's not as cold as we used to living in the city when the air conditioner is getting a little hot because the room doesn't have the AC.
The room window was a bit too bright because there was no curtain, until 6 am I couldn't sleep because it was very bright,
Maybe it'll be good for the oxygen to be two sessions, night and morning.
The villa with 2 or 3 bedrooms (1 person) onsen with koq is quite narrow ya
The breakfast was all cold (it was actually we went to the restaurant for 9:30 o'clock a rice breakfast), but the dinner of this class has a heater, and I found two hairs in 2 different dishes,
Please keep it clean. Yes.
Over all that's just a little input, a little bit.
I'm sure it's still one and I'll be back when I have a chance

GgnailVery good location although google map give more complicated route than the easiest one.
Property quite clean, but many small part and amenities of the property need to be repaired or replaced. Specially exhaust fan in the bathroom should be repaired immediately, very noisy and disturbing in the night as it was paralleled turn on with the bathroom's lamp.
