But when I enter my room, I surprised because the room is very spacious and cozy. 1 king size bed and 1 queen bed. and there is a additional compliment drink like soft drink which is rare in 3-star hotel. this hotel had a strategic location, near with jatim park 3, batu night spectacular, and alun-alun malang. very good if you had a family vacation. but the breakfast is very few variation but there is plenty of street food if you want to breakfast not in hotel.

PpatigintingThe exhibition and lobby are quite classy. But unfortunately the rooms are very simple and old. Cleanliness is also less awake. Especially the bed sheet. It seems that all rooms have a balcony. Only the difference between the view from the room. I happened to have a view of the pool that rarely cleaned when I saw it. The best seems to be the room facing the road. From the room you can see the beauty of the mountains and poor town. But calm, when breakfast the rations are really the champion. The view is very beautiful. We can see the floating parade, mountains and poor town from afar. For the menu is quite varied and delicious. The staff and staff are also very friendly. The hotel is close to the tour coban roundabout and the rock city square. There's a pilot cafe in front of you which seems okay to relax, and the hotel is overall good, just maybe it needs to be kept clean and updated the furniture.

The towels thin and rough, probably about 10 years old. The breakfast i wouldn't touch rotting fruit, coffee like pisswater, with communal bowls of creamer and sugar the orange juice bore no resemblance...i suspect some packet mix, that you would get in the 70s . Disgusting place, don't risk the pool, that looked filthy Better to sleep in your car

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is strategic because it is on the main road of Batu city. This hotel is not new because before the hotel’s name was Alpines, now it's Horison Trunojoyo. The atmosphere in the hotel is clean and quite comfortable, the hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. Even though the rooms are clean, they are not too big. Wifi is decent, there is also a smart TV, although to tune in to Netflix we have to use our own account, it’s not provided by the hotel. In the room there are slippers, clothes hangers, toilet amenities, water heater, mineral water, tea and coffee. But there is no hair dryer, refrigerator and deposit box. Breakfast is delicious, menu choices are also quite varied. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor with beautiful views, surrounded by hills. The hotel also has a swimming pool, children's playground and several meeting rooms. The problem I experienced when staying at this hotel was the problem of cleanliness and room readiness when checking in. I arrived at the hotel at 14.30, it turned out the room was not ready and I was asked to wait a while. Even though check-in should be at 14.00. The welcome drink also ran out, even though it was hotel check-in time. When we got into the room, the pillowcases were all blackish gray and dirty, as was the blanket. Like it hasn't been washed. I complained, and it was immediately responded to and replaced with a clean one by the hotel staff. The towels were also no longer white, dirty gray. What I also regret is that the 2 glasses provided for drinking in the room were not washed thoroughly so they were still dirty. Luckily we brought paper cups that we bought at the store beforehand. My input is that the service and cleanliness of the equipment at this hotel must be improved, because it does not match the price of a 4 star hotel. For me, the hotel price I paid does not match with the facilities provided.

Property quite clean, but many small part and amenities of the property need to be repaired or replaced. Specially exhaust fan in the bathroom should be repaired immediately, very noisy and disturbing in the night as it was paralleled turn on with the bathroom's lamp.
