New and very clean hotel, room room is spacious.. receptionis also very friendly and helpful. the back of the hotel is direct to the sea, clean and many boats to rent. there is also a dining place behind the hotel which is delicious with a variety of seafood eating. If you book a boat and a car, you can contact the reception directly. The location of the hotel is very strategic to the ice island, the flying island, the fishing island.. and the snorkeling spot is also very good. The hotel is highly recommended ...

No complaints, room good, breakfast excellent including the staff who both welcomed and served us. Reception staff lovely too including finding me some English breakfast teabags. The view from the Seaview balcony of the garden is well kept however the hard standing surround requires attention. I could see this used for a wedding venue then. It's a 5* from two happy British travellers.

RRichardo_NgI stayed here for few times when i do business trip to Belitung Island. FO Staff : All staff are very friendly and helpful, check in process was great and fast. Breakfast : Good for 3 stars hotel, enough choice for breakfast and easy. Room : Room are clean and enjoy it. Wi-Fi : Sometime wi-fi connection not stable which is need to disconnect and connect again. Overall : Best 3 stars hotel in Tanjung Pandan area, easy and comfort will maximize your energy booster.

JJose SergioI loved the minimalist design of the hotel. It blends in so well with the natural landscape. The rooms are super spacious and well detailed. The bathtub on the balcony is a great touch. The best part of our stay was the staff, super friendly and super professional. great atmosphere overall. The all day dining is very good. We had a great experience here. Definitely want to come back.

LLIU PENGStaffs are generally nice and helpful. Breakfast is normal, cleanness of restaurant needs to be improved. There are many flies there, I also saw a mouse running around in restaurant.

GGuest UserStayed here with my wife and son for three nights and were very pleased with the location, close to most places in TanjungPandan and also close to the high way to make any trip when going south or west very quickly. The breakfast buffet is large and plentiful however if you want a traditional western breakfast the options are limited. The rooms are larger than other hotel chains and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool was ok but the terrace needs more umbrellas! was delayed and we where offering both drinks at the hotel piano bar and a late check out.Very good!

TtommyhilmanI came to this Hotel in December 2020, Overall, this is an great hotel. Clean, minimalist cool design and stunning sea view room. The staff is friendly, helpful and try to serve well. The price is also reasonable. You can take many pictures for your Instagram because there is Instagrammable space. >.<

GGuest UserThis hotel is a high-quality four-star hotel on the Indonesian island of Belidong, located in the port of Tanjung Bailebas, a tourist gathering area on the island of Belidong. The hotel is fully equipped with meeting rooms, an infinity pool bordering the sea, and the sunset view is also beautiful. The hotel room meets the standards of a four-star hotel, very clean, but the bathroom is a bit small, and the water looks a bit yellow, this should be because of the relationship between the rich minerals of groundwater in Belidong Island, do not drink the water here.

Booked their premiere lagoon room for the direct access to pool. Unfortunately the pool had issue near the date of our stay. However they're kind enough to upgrade us to their best room (Premiere suite) for free! This room is much larger (110m2), has private mini pool & best view to beach. Their private beach is also child safe as it's not deep & no big waves. It's about 10mins drive to the popular kelayang beach (the spot for island hopping tour). Staffs are friendly & helpful. There's also small convenience store right beside the hotel. Breakfast is just average, with limited selection. Downside : - cleanliness is ok for its class, however we found stains in a couple of towels & some part of the curtains. Nothing serious, just ask for replacement. - food is served inconsistently. We ordered fried rice 3 times & got very different versions each time. Pizza & burger are abysmal Overall enjoyable experience for our family. Tip : contact them directly as the room types in other travel websites are somehow limited.
