We stayed in a quaint historical hotel on our 2nd leg Surabaya tour. The heritage building was used to be the wooden matchsticks factory dated since 1928 and had been renovated to meet modern hotel standard. We like our rooms in terms of its size, cool aircon, amnenities (too bad no mini fridge) and the worth it price. We love the ground floor where The Arch bistro is located. So beautiful and pleasing the eyes. It is located in chinatown area that quite busy during day time but so dark and quiet when the evening falls. Although we don’t like its tiny parking spaces and slow service (from kitchen staff) during breakfast and dinner, but basically we enjoyed our stay. It is recommended also if you don’t mind being waking up in the middle of the night (up tp dawn) because suddenly hearing unexplainable noises of moving furnitures upstais and someone’s whistling down the corridors - while when we check it out, no one’s there. It was one of a lifetime experience indeed!

Actually i am business from surabaya last of 4 r 5 years and still stay in hotel pesonna which is near with Ampel as i am many time in surabaya for business purposes and long stay so i am stay always in hotel pesonna hotel is std super but all staff of pesonna is very friendly if u go for food side if u go to reception all is very friendly environment specially i am for got many names but nitha messy noor ul fadila april are very good and help ful and toomuch respect of me always as a good family member so thankyou guys of hotel pesonna again thankyou so much for ur good hospitility and good normal price per night and still i am feeling just i am in my home

im definitely come to this hotel again because the staff is super friendly, the food is awesome, and the room is super comfy. maybe the cleanliness of the breakfast area must be improved because when im arrived, the floor is quite dirty.

Lack of hygiene

in the middle of the day and afternoon,everyone feels that the night here is very good,very comfortable,okay for everyone to feel at home here

Good service, friendly, location is very close to the ampel mosque, the price is not expensive, not cheap ... just yesterday there was a little.. experience.. in the middle of the night I want to urinate,,, the water is not running.. *************find water in the next room get..

The hotel located in front of the main highway and near the school is very crowded.the sound is heard until the room.the hotel is quite clean although the room is very small

As a price, unfortunately the bathroom is dirty and a basin, the bed is also very bad.
