Very sterile hotel as I was put into a regime standard room.

Pros: 1. Clean 2. Tranquil Japanese theme 3. Spacious room 4. Worth the money Cons: 1. No lift 2. Have some BUGS on the round cushion, after sitting on it for less than 10 minutes I felt itchy, realised that I got bitten at the back of my right thigh, at first I thought it was just from mosquitos bites, but 3 days later the bitten spots were still very red and super itchy I went to pharmacy to get some medicated cream, it took about a week to subside.

Staff are friendly and helpful. But a few are obnoxious. Maybe because i am outsider? Not really sure. Make sure to book tower 1 if you want to use the pool. Tower 2 is a long walk for kids who want to use the pool. Breakfast is so-so. Dining area at tower 2 are very limited. Location is great. Adjoining with the mall

With regret I must write this review. I occasionally to Singkawang for culinary trip, etc. And this time I decided to try this hotel after it was renovated & refurbished. The first impression was good, lobby's vibe & interior were good & cozy, but that's it. Can you imagine checking in to your room (12 p.m) and NO BATH TOWEL until 5-6 p.m. Housekeeping phone uncontactable. I went to the receptionist several times to ask, and they said ”Please wait its still being prepared”, then ”the Housekeepings're still cleaning other rooms”, and ”some of the towels're still being cleaned” (???) What else? NO BOTTLED WATER in room. NO TV CHANNEL AT ALL. I mean I could still hold it in if it's a guesthouse or hostel, etc (even a proper guesthouse don't do that) But this Hotel is stated as a 4-star in some website. Can you imagine this level of SOP? Bath towels & drinking waters are a basic must at every Housekeeping sessiom, especially at Room Preparation before guest checkin !! Simply put, this Hotel's service & SOP is definitely not even a 3-star. Better look for other better option near Singkawang Mall.

hotel is pretty good

The hotel is unique with its concept to combine blocks building, cottage and green in an open air environment. I stayed in family suite room. The room was very spacious and clean. TV channel was very limited. When I wanted to take a bath I just realized that no towels in my room, so I must called the receptionist first to bring towels. Sitting in front of the room was nice and the air was fresh. The swimming pool was big enough.

The inn is clean, the service staff is friendly, the location is very strategic because it is in the city center, especially there are many culinary foods next to this inn. very satisfying until last yesterday I chose to extend in this inn.. For the parking area is also large, as a suggestion, it may be for 2 wheelchairs, guests who stay can add a little canopy. Hope the service can be maintained or improved, thank you.

Family-friendly. Overall the rooms are clean, got a comfy king-sized bed. just that part of the bathroom accessories are old/broken and need replacement. A bit noisy at night if room is facing the main street. Would come again. Got Wifi at every floor, but need to log-in separately. Overall an ”older, classic” feeling of the hotel.
