PPolka13The hotel was very nice, surprisingly. As a hotel near the airport and far from everything else, I expected nothing. Instead, the interior was modern, beautiful, and they had a large area, too! The room was nice and pretty big for a standard type. I didn't try the breakfast because we had to leave early for the flight but we tried the restaurant for dinner and most of the food and drinks were nice.
Overall a very pleasant experience!

LLeeCherlynA nice christmas tree decoration in the lobby while we arrived. But check in processing were slow as only one staff on duty during that time, rooms could use an update but the hotel was still clean and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was good and we enjoyed it.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and suitable for family stay. The surrounding is nice too. It is close to plant shops along the pavement walk. There is a swimming pool which can be enjoyed by the visitors without any additional fee. Overall, it's cheap for all the facilities provided. It's totally amazing.

I see the struggle in this place. Not enough guest coming in due small place (about 16-18m²)
Great things about this are how polite they are, menus on buffet are good enough (great texture, fairly tasty)
The price are affordable, but unfortunately only 1 type of room (deluxe, with twin/double bed), starts at 260k (exclude breakfast) (deposit 50k is needed)
Location is packed with cafe & 1 mall only, kinda not strategic. Room is ok from introvert perspective, but not healthy (no window on ground/first floor rooms). Amenities are completed as general. When i arrived at my room for first time, duvet has a bit of old stain (its fine but people may be nitpick)

GGuest UserRoom bit small and bit noisy but perfect location, inside the airport with food court downstairs, for early flight. Good internet and international tv chanels. Will come back every time i fly from Surabaya.

GGuest UserThe location is very close to Juanda Airport. Rooms are small but clean. Only towels and soap are provided. There is no elevator so items have to be lifted via stairs. The dining area is spacious, bread and coffee and tea are provided for breakfast.

HHONGTAOThe room is ok, but the air conditioner is not too cold, the room is hot ... the wifi signal is not very good ... it was good early ... the hotel will be delivered separately 7 minutes from the airport, but tolls will be charged ...
