The room was small (we booked eco room) but it’s okay. The maintenance and upkeep was somewhat low (the hotel opened at 2019, so only 4 years just opened). The towels were a bit yellowish (not the thick white towel that we expected), and had musty smell. The staff service was quite good. The hotel lobby is a plus, it’s quite spacious.
1. The service is great, the price is reasonable, and they provide blankets and slippers—unlike other hostels in Surabaya, which either lack blankets or storage lockers.
2. The bathroom could use more hooks and shelves, as there’s not enough space to hang clothes conveniently.
This hotel room is good, but some of it is not it. sometimes you get a room where the air conditioner is cold, sometimes not. the wastafel here is also clogged. but he plus part is the water dispenser you can drink whenever you thirsty without thinking of buying more. overall, this hotel is good buttry to ge yourself in lower level but not floor 1 and avoid getting into room that more than 3 (example: 204, 304) because the wifi ia shitty and youll only get wifi in certain places.
Proses cek in dan cek out cepat.
Very nice hotel at Chinatown. It was 2 minuses - no hot water (something was broken) and too much mosquitoes in my room. Stay here with pleasure one more time if they fix it
Stayed 2 nights at the Kalimantan Hotel, ordered via the application, the location is close to Ampel, the cleanliness of the hotel is a bit lacking, the air conditioning is quite cold, the water is sufficient, only the mattress is itchy, because there are small animals... the mattress should be dried in the sun at least once a month to prevent cockroaches and the small animals died, there were also lots of mosquitoes...
With a stay at Hotel Gajah Mada in Surabaya, you'll be within a 10-minute walk of Pasar Pabean and Chinatown. This hotel is 3 mi (4.8 km) from Tunjungan Plaza and 0.5 mi (0.8 km) from Kong Co Kong Tik Cun Ong Temple.
This hotel offers designated smoking areas.
Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 11 guestrooms. Satellite television is provided for your entertainment. Bathrooms with showers are provided.
Nice hotel, very close to Pasar Atom and Kya Kya. But the traffic around makes it a bit difficult to cross the street.
Friendly staffs, clean room. Quite spacious.
As a price, unfortunately the bathroom is dirty and a basin, the bed is also very bad.
