The Hotel is very clean, bed sheets and towels are also clean. The employees are very polite and helpful. Especially Dewi was amazing and helpful.

Booked a double studio room, it turns out it doesn't have an en suite bathroom, just for the experience.. the location is very strategic though.. only because the bathroom is outside.. so the bathroom is not very clean.. even though the room is clean, the AC is also cold..

breakfast facilities are not bad ... bathroom is not available.towels and bath soap,as well as toothbrushes are not available.

New and very comfortable hotel in Pangkalan Bun. About 20min away from the airport. The breakfast is superb, just great... western and indonesian options, very fresh and delicious! The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Very recommended!

The hotel is not in the center of Pangkalan Bun but is a good base for various activities. The breakfast is extensive and in the restaurant you can eat well in the evening. The large garden invites you to linger. The room could use a fresh coat of paint. It wasn't exactly clean, smelled a bit of mold, the mirror should be replaced. The staff was friendly and the duvets were changed upon request.
