"First time in Gran Melia Jakarta and it was an excellent experience. Especially the front officer , Mr Benedict and Nabila for their assistance and cooperation. Our room was upgraded to suite at red level, spacious, comfortable and very clean. The buffet breakfast spread was awesome with lots of varieties and the food was tasty. Overall it was a lovely stay here"

"How do I know if I enjoyed the stay here? I actually feel sad checking out of the hotel 😂 Room and bed was comfortable, I was able to get a good night sleep throughout my stay. Service was tip top, safety guaranteed and love the convenient link way to the mall. Hotel breakfast spread was huuuge there were plenty of options. I would definitely want to bring my family and friends over next time. If you’re looking for a comfy stay within the area I would definitely recommend this hotel! It’s more pricey but you get your money’s worth 👍🏻"

"Exceptional service from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The concierge team was prompt, helpful, polite, and so engaging that we barely noticed how quickly we reached our room. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully designed. A special thank you for the stunning birthday decoration—it brought a big smile to my wife’s face! The Langham Club was breathtaking, with its seamless design blending into the city view. The morning offerings of delicious food and drinks made it even better. One standout experience was dining at the Japanese restaurant “Morimoto.” It’s undoubtedly one of the best culinary experiences we’ve had in Jakarta. Heartfelt thanks to Eki for his exceptional concierge service; Fenny, Yuca, Naomi, Cindy, Naris, and Stevi for the delightful room decoration; and Mrs. Meirina, Julian, Agatha, Harun, Mega, and Joey for their outstanding service in the Langham Club. "Well located with friendly concierge and reception staff. But the rooms need some refurbishment. Aircin was noisy and toilets were a little small. Nevertheless, still good for short stay"

"Our room was on 18th floor but somehow we could hear the road traffic with motorbike honking very clearly unfortunately. Hotel could use some upgrade in terms of soundproof. Breakfast spread was superb. However, Japanese soufflé was not fluffy and pretty hard, Japanese sashimi quality was average, sushi roll rice was hard and not up to par, plain croissant was not as buttery and fluffy. The rest of the dishes was delicious and service was impeccable. Coffee was great too."

"The St. Regis promises elegance and attention to detail, and while my stay at The St. Regis Jakarta was luxurious, it fell short of being perfect. This reflects the high standards expected for the price. Some areas could be better, like the check-in, which wasn’t as prompt as I’d hoped. I also requested a late check-out because of a massage on my last day, but no one followed up, so I had to rush during check-out. These small details, which are part of the brand’s promise, were missed. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel, but paying more attention to guest requests would make the experience even better."

"The hotel is beautiful, nearby the hotel there is a food court which is great. However when I entered the room, I found the slipper is with dirty stain which I believed this is not up to Four Seasons’ standard. When I texted their operation team about the issue, they just sent a new one to my room without further courtesy call ."
