AAnonymous UserMason Pine Hotel in Bandung offers a blend of modern comfort and nature's tranquility. There's 2 towers, Mason and Pine. Apparently Mason Tower offers more spacious rooms. The staff's hospitality and the hotel's cleanliness add to the overall positive experience. Their housekeeping service was awesome! We came back at the end of the day with super clean room. However, no iron and board provided. You need to request.
Location wise, it's further away from the Bandung City but about 15min to Padalarang Station. We shifted to this Hotel after 2 nights at city area as we intended to take Whoosh at Padalarang to Jakarta.
To add on, they prepared a birthday cake in celebration of my birthday. Overall, it's a delightful choice for those seeking a serene getaway amidst Bandung's beauty.

The environment inside the hotel is very comfortable, there are lots of sofas/benches/chairs where we can gather or just enjoy the atmosphere
Breakfast is quite adequate, unfortunately for 2 days, the menu does not change.
Unfortunately the hotel room was not clean, the carpet still had dirt on it, the towels smelled a bit too.
The most disappointing thing is that hot water sometimes turns on and sometimes doesn't, even though the hotel is located on a plateau, where the weather is quite cold.

SSinthaIf you need a place just to relax and do nothing, its the best place for you. Cozy Place, no need to use AC, silent and you can feel the nature…. They provide water in a Galon, no need to bring your own.. you can watch Netlix, Youtube, WeTV.
The stafs is really nice and helpful.

EErly/If you are looking for a mountain view, than it's the right place to rest. No wifi, limited channels on TV, limited options of food (Taste of foods are too salty or too sweet), limited service. Rooms are standard, water heater, coffee, and water are provided, they give you a pillow and a bolster per bed. You will only get towels, soap, shampoo, and no toothbrush or toothpastes. If you have more money, I suggest you to book the executive one rather than the standard one. The executive one offers spacious room. Rooms have no air cond, but air is cold enough and windy. One problem I hate most, flies are too many, they said flies always come after it stops raining though teh resort is in the high area. These flies were everywhere, and difficult to avoid them not to go inside the room either.

GGuest UserThis was my favorite place to stay in Bandung. I would have given it all 5 stars if I stayed there 20 years ago. That’s my only complaints about it. Must have been amazing when it first opened. It needs modernization and to be brought back to its former glory. Besides that, it’s clean, beautiful layout, very cool that it had its own balcony. Great breakfast and excellent staff. The quality you get for the price is great.

Several things to note:
1. Long wait during check in, although already confirmed
2. Yes, it was peak season / full occupancy, but it should not be an excuse.
3. The hotel seems understaffed.
4. Ordered extra bed but I HAD TO ASK THREE TIMES until it got received.
5. Breakfast in day 2 was chaotic. Long wait. Very long to refill, even for water.
6. I WAS LOCKED OUT OF MY ROOM after asking to make up my room in Day 2. The receptionist did not give me a satisfactory answer
7. Disappointed at how there was only 1 card. So, everytime I want to go out, the electricity is always off.
8. They forget my slippers in Day 2.
9. Hot water on and off very randomly.

GGuest UserEven if the hotel is located in a metropolis, it's pleasant to be in a setting with a different mood from the city's bustle. This place is good for some quiet time. My family of four went for a staycation, and the kids really enjoyed the glamping experience with much of game in playroom. I choose a Svada tent with a beautiful view of the city and mountains, near the trampoline and bonfire. The room is spacious, clean, and the hot water are really hot:)) I'll undoubtedly return there at some point in the future.

BBitfoyleSaung Balibu Hotel has just average standard rooms. Hotel cleanliness standards are just okays . Not a great experience. Breakfast Food is just fried rice with omelet or chicken and tea, not much options available for breakfast... Hotel has no AC in most of the rooms. Provided hot water facility. Hotel is located in outer of lembang that's why very close to many champing areas and forest areas... Just a Budget hotel.

GGuest UserIt was pleasure to stay at Villa Lemon, the room was so clean, the jungle view at rumah Kayu is so great, but the breakfast I thin the hotel need to improve. The taste just so standard, the option also not so many. Free 2 breakfast for each room. The helper man is so helpful. Forgot to ask the name but he is really kind man. More success for Villa Lemon
