The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. הגענו זוג ללילה אחד.לאחר המתנה של 5 שעות וללא קבלת שיחה על כך שהחדר מוכן ניגשנו מיוזמתנו לקבלה.היה דין ודברים לגבי המע ”מ עם המנהלת, שהפגינה יחס בוטה ומזלזל מאוד (לא רק אלינו). בריכת מי הים היתה קרה והג'קוזי מלוכלך ולא במלוא ההספק. ביום השני היה עמוס ויותר סביר. האוכל טוב ויש מבחר די מספק. סך הכל נהננו, כי המלון גם נמצא במיקום מרכזי ונגיש רגלית לים ולמרכז, אבל הרושם הראשוני העיב על השהייה קצת.

We really enjoyed the two days at the hotel !!!The service is kind and fast (a fault with the TV was fixed within 5 minutes...), the breakfasts are amazing with plenty of food and all the dishes are extremely delicious . The shower is not well built (the entire floor area is completely wet...) but the rest of the room is wonderful. The cultural evening (a performance by the ”Hebrew *****es” was extremely exciting (we danced until we were exhausted...), although the second evening was weak in comparison.
