My experience with the hotel was quite disappointing. The room service was subpar, and many of the appliances were either in poor condition or not functioning at all. Even basic toiletries were not provided in the room and had to be requested separately, which is far from what one would expect at this price point. The overall services felt more like a 2-star hotel rather than what was advertised. Moreover, there seemed to be a noticeable bias in favor of foreign guests. The menu options and seating arrangements appeared to cater primarily to them, with little consideration for local guests. This left a sour impression, especially as an Indian traveler. Additionally, I noticed what seemed like alcohol being served to foreign guests, despite the lack of any visible license for such services (although I have no concrete proof, this was my observation during the visit). In light of these issues, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you’re an Indian traveler seeking fair treatment and quality service.

It didn't look like a Marriott property. 1) Arrogant staff. 2) View from hotel windows is not good at all. 3) Mosquito in the breakfast area 4) Full of flies and mosquito in kids play area. No one would take care of your special request, was there for anniversary but none of the staff bothered to even wish. Other hotel chains like holiday inn, Radisson are much better then Marriott Agra.

It's about a five-minute drive from the Taj Mahal, so it's quite central, but there's not much going on near the hotel. The room is nice, but the maintenance is average. The restaurant tastes good, and you can swim and have a massage when you have time.

Old hotel, the facilities in the room are old and the cleanliness is acceptable. Agra smog is very serious, especially in the evening, the air is filled with a strong burnt wood taste, sleep at night is awakened several times... The hotel has no fresh air system filtration, and there is no warm air in the room AC, for Agra 5-6 degrees at night It’s too cold to sleep! The hotel’s own garden is beautiful, with Indian dance performances on weekends and all the staff are nice. When we checked in, we rushed to three tour groups. The group meal filled the cafeteria, causing breakfast to be eaten at another restaurant in the hotel. The quality should not be collected. The next day the group left and everything returned to normal. Based on the price/performance ratio, I suggest you stay at this hotel when you come to the Taj Mahal. Be sure to wear a mask.

Amazing place to be food is amazing. Comfortable rooms mattress are not too soft which becomes uncomfortable. Staff is also very courteous. Must recommend to everyone in the perfect budget.

The stay was good, the amenities were exactly what were mentioned everything was super clean but there were few hair in the bathtub and no clean drinking water plus a few amenities were missing like shower cap, dental kit in case we couldn't find them i'll suggest that hotel provides them in the washroom so they aren't really hard to find lastly, the lock of the room doesn't work, the tower bolt doesn't align which makes it seem really unsafe overall stay was excellent, i'll definitely go for a second time if i have to 4. 5 stars

Great Hotel in Agra The hotel is great! close to the tajmahal and nice view from the rooftop restaurant. We had a wonderful stay at Taj inn Wonderful, welcoming and supportive team Under Mr, Udayvir solanki ji amazing location, rooms were very clean breakfast buffet was amazing affordable and yummy food at inside restaurant. We would love to come back and stay here.

Clean and Great Hotel. we were family of 8 reached Agra for visiting Taj Mahal. Its just take 20 min to reach the hotel. The way to the hotel is not good.. Its the end and little accessible is the issue. People in front desk is good but the managers need a better training how to behave.. Really clean room and hygienic as well.
