We had booked as a fall-back since our initially booked hotel The Walnut Tree refused to accommodate our dates and did not refund our money either. But we were pleasantly surprised with the standards and we got full value of money. Recommended surely.

The hotel is bit inside of local village which provides an amazing view of nature. We loved our staying there, room heater and bed heater is available. Service is extremely prompt. They even provided us complementary breakfast. Really recommended if you want a calm stay

We stayed here for a night in february, and it was an amazing experience. The location is quiet and beautiful, away from the city chaos. The hotel provided us with extra blankets and heaters, making the chilly weather super comfortable. The staff treated us like family, ensuring our kids were always comfortable. The view from our room was breathtaking, especially in the morning with fresh snow. Definitely coming back next winter.

Our stay was excellent. Location is prime very near to taxi stand and food was amazing. Imran and hussain were very helpful throughout our stay and were always ready to help us with any query. They were knowledgeable about all the places in pahalgam and helped us to manage our itinerary better

GGuest Userthe rooms offer excellent value for the price, but i rated it 3 stars because the tv was not functional. the front desk staff were cordial, polite, and attentive, always accommodating our requests without hesitation. however, the frequent power outages were a drawback. while the property does have an inverter, the interruptions, especially at night, were frustrating. this issue might be seasonal, as i stayed there during winter (december 23–26, 2024).

GGuest UserAlthough access not so good but superb facility at such an altitude. Rooms are excellent with electric heating blankets and hot water available almost qll time despite power cuts. Sceneric view from front of resort is more than excellent. We can see huge mountains covered with snow on 3 sides and forest like valley on back side. Staff is also excellent and tries to fulfill every requirement and even special request for food at short notice

GGuest UserLocation of the ' homestay' please bear in mind, its a homestay and not a hotel, is a little far from the town centre market. The rooms are spacious and more or less comfortable. However they are not offering any room heating equipment and it's a major let down in the cold. Mind you the rooms become extremely cold at night and even though they provide as many blankets you need, but the presence of heater is sorely missed. The homestay manager is soft spoken and attentive and tried to solve all our issues to the best of his intentions and i must appreciate his help as without it our stay would have been even more painful. As per him their restaurant was under renovation and due to the remote location of the homestay, getting any food from the market center was always a pain and needed prior planning

this hotel has the best view, seriously. The staff were so nice, and the room heater and blankets were awesome. Location: right in the main market, easy to explore everything. Food: breakfast was yummy, and dinner was delicious.

GGuest UserWe took 2 rooms for 2 nights for Rs, we are charged ₹ for 1 night for 1 room which is not at all a great stay. No breakfast included, geezer not working, worst food in restaurant with high prices, half the menu is not available, simple room not at all worth for that money, half of the time Wi-Fi is not available. Only the good thing about property is location, the view is good from the property and glacier river will be passing in front of the property.
