The highest standard service!!! The best breakfasts and dinners , as foreigners we could try the local cousine which is awesome!!
The staff is super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality so that we decided to extend our stay. It’s a 4 star ⭐️ hotel however thanks to its staff’s approach for me it should be ranked as 5 ☺️ Everything was clean and I felt taken care of. I definitely recommend staying at this property! You won’t regret it!

Did you read the title carefully ? I mean it. It was a great experience. The location was great, right in the heart of Baga. The beach was very close by. This entire stretch is one of the most happening place in North Goa with a lot of restaurants, bars, shopping and wine shops at short distance. The suite was very spacious with very good interior. It looked like a five star hotel suite. The bath tub was quite big, good for a romantic experience. It had two very well maintained pools. The bar had a good collection of drinks. The parking facility was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very courteous. Excellent choice for families...

I visited Radisson on Valentine's day. Overall my experience has been decent. Listing down few Pro's and Con's Pro's - Its a well maintained property. Very accessible from Baga Beach. Location is good. Cleanliness is excellent. Rooms are extremely highly maintained. Breakfast is really good. Checkin and Checkout is hassle free if you are pre booked (Though timings can be a bit relaxed, but that is subjected to availability, so cant complain there). Cons - Room service is bad. House Keeping doesn't cater to your adhoc request diligently. Wait time is too high, which is not expected from Hotel of this price range. Overall a 4/5 rating.

The property looks amazing. The staff is too kind and helpful. It is adjustent to the baga beach and is just 1 min walk. The surroundings have many eating options. You get tasty maggie for just 40 bucks. The resort has a nice pool, and i loved their kitchen. The food is very tasty. Overall, i had a great time staying at this property.

Small Property, very near to Baga Beach, needs improvement in breakfast options and staff training. Only best thing is Mr Hemant the manager who really helped us a lot in settling down and checkin checkout. By looking at the pictures of Hotel online it seems this is a big property and rooms are very new and equipped with all the amenities but in the rooms, no facilities are available even no tea kettle is available. Owner Raz is responsible person once we asked to change the room he immediately acted and Mr. Hemant then made sure we are comfortable. Hemant ji thank but pls work on few things like Cons. 1. Room shall have a tea kettle and tissues. 2. ACs shall be checked whether they are working or not? You know how much we struggled. 3. Breakfast options pls add Poha which is easily accepted and economical also. Don’t fix the menu. 4. Staff Training 5. No parking Pros 1. Almost on the beach 2. Mr. Hemant 3. Good Room Sizes of backside property 202 and 302 4. Well connected to eating zones and main road 5. Less options but good tasty breakfast

4. 5. i recently stayed at primo bomb terra and it was truly an incredible experience. the check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and attentive. the room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities i could ask for. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from my window was nice. housekeeping did an excellent job of maintaining the room each day. one of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s pool and view so big property . the location of the hotel was perfect—close to baga beech.it made exploring the area so convenient. overall, my stay at exceeded all my expectations. i highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. i’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

Very Good
We have travelled to various countries around the world but this was our first time to Goa. We arrived at the hotel and was allocated room A404, standard double. I had tried to upgrade before arrival but was told no deluxe rooms available. The room was ok, for a base and was clean. The shower area is a wet room. The shower was hot and powerful enough. Shower gel, shampoo etc is provided. Our balcony also looked over a building site so could never sit out. There was dust flying everywhere. There was a fridge with a stocked mini bar (see photos for price list). Kettle with tea and coffee, a hairdryer in the bathroom and a free safe. There is also a TV but I could never get it to work!! The air con was amazing, very cold and you can adjust the settings. There were also 2 ceiling fans but these got a bit draughty. The wifi in our room was nonexistent! I can’t say what it was like in other parts of the hotel as we had downloaded an eSIM from Airalo before we came to Goa. It was brilliant and had no issues. We even had 4g whilst cruising on the Mandovi River. Breakfast was 7am till 10am and consisted of curry, vegetables, rotis, toast, fruit, eggs (including omelettes cooked fresh), sauseage & bacon (cooked on grill outside) cereal etc. The food was good. We ate lunch there one day, 2 small beers, chicken tikka masala, lamb sheekh kebab, 2 rotis and 1 boiled rice 1600 rupees. Food was very nice. The pool area is lovely. We never had trouble getting a bed. The pool staff would sort out a couple of beds and an unberalla, no problem. Pool towels are provided. The pool bar staff came round to take your drink order and bring it to your sunbed. You can either sign for your drinks and is billed to your room or you can pay as you go. All the staff at the hotel are exceptional and can’t do enough for you. They are always smiling and happy to help, especially Akash and Abinash. Excellent location close to shops, restaurants etc, 10 minute walk to the beach. We walked the beach all the way to Candolim and took us 2 hours but we stopped at a couple of beach bars enroute. We got a tuk tuk back 500 rupees. Probably could have got it for 400 but we weren’t bothered for a quid! We went on an overnight houseboat river cruise, which was fantastic (see my mandovi river trip review). I have given this hotel 4 out of 5 due to not being able to use our balcony or even being able to have the doors open. Would we come back to Goa, definitely. Would we stay at the hotel again if we stayed in Baga, absolutely!

GGuest Userit was nice to stay in shelsta holiday resort. we had booked 3 rooms. in two rooms the water pressure was low in bathroom. no buckets were provided in any bathrooms so taking bath took more time 😊. apart from that no issues. staff was very courteous and helpful. it has a small pool which is well maintained and clean. it has a small eatery where you can have breakfast and snacks. good parking space for car. hotel premises is clean. walkable distance to baga and calangute beach. overall satisfied with the stay. giving 4/5. thank you makemytrip.

GGuest UserI had a great time in CASA BAGA . Very refreshing and green surroundings, spacious room , beautiful swimming pool . Can have a sunbath , play with friends. Food taste really well , proper blend of spices and oil. Staff was really helpful. Appreciate Mr Bipul for making us more comfortable . Walkable distance from BAGA Beach , can try all water activities . Shopping market is also nearby from property.

Terrible. We were welcomed by the owner/host (who was nice) and immediately told we were staying in an adjoining hotel. We were taken to our room but it didn't have a sea view, so as we had paid for one we asked to see the room we booked. What we were presented with was not what was advertised. The room was very dirty, the bathroom was filthy, the bedclothes were dirty and there were ants all over it. We immediately cancelled our booking and left. No way could we have stayed there for the 5 nights we had booked. It was a bad first taste of Goa.
