The stay was awesome...The staffs are also well mannered... The services are excellent....This is one of great hotel I have ever stay.... If any one come to Delhi then they can stsy here without any hesitation.

This is the only hotel I use in Paharganj now. Mainly because it is quiet, located down an alley off a side road, it is less than 100m to the main bazaar road but if you get a room at the back, you can't hear any street noise at all. The third floor rooms are the nicest, worth paying a little extra for. My favourite room is very large and very quiet, highly unusual for Paharganj. The rooms are well appointed with plugs by the bed and ***y lighting options etc. After new routers were installed recently the wifi is now excellent. The hot water is a bit hit or miss, even in the hours it is supposed to be working. The rooms are clean and the staff are really helpful. All the staff are very kind you will feel very welcome. The location is excellent, an easy walk to New Delhi station and RK Ashram metro. Tons of good street food around and the street the alley is off has a local market some evenings as well as all the local shops you might need during the day. But the main reason I always return here when I am staying in New Delhi is for the peace and quiet.

Upon Arrival: I booked a club premium room and the check-in was at 2 pm but on arrival, the room was not ready. I had to wait for 30 mins. My allotted room was on the 2nd floor and their lift was non-functional. I was allotted the smoking room which I wasn't comfortable with and upon request I was given another upgraded room which was their premium category room. Hygiene & Cleanliness: All their towels, and hand napkins look dirty and have black stains as if they are really old and I did not feel like using them. They do not deep clean their rooms, it had dust and the hotel doesn't seem to be maintained well. pillows are not comfortable, nothing like the ones we use in hotels but quite flat. Internet: It was a working visit for 6 nights and their Internet did not work made I go to the cafe and work. No point in the booking. It caused my delay with my work. They do not have a restaurant or a menu for food but you need to call and ask for it. The only thing good is their hospitality and sweet staff. Mr. The day manager Mr. Anuj made sure I had a warm welcome and took extra effort that my booking was confirmed directly as it got canceled on Agoda.com. They were there to take care of my concerns Area: It's a good area and safe area to live in and there is GK 1 M Block market where you can shop and eat.

Checked in at Park Residency, Green Park, New Delhi for 3 nights in the month of April,2022. Good location which makes access to all parts of Delhi NCR easy. Peaceful area inspite of its location. Rooms are spacious, bathroom clean and hot water available 24x7. However, air conditioners in most rooms are old and do not cool the room sufficiently even in April heat. Torn and shabby curtains let in too much heat into the room. Breakfast options are limited and are served in the room. No buffet breakfast spread in the morning. The only reason you would stay is the location and comparatively competitive room rates.

Good location and great staff. They take proper care of you and are available to answer any queries 24/7. A certain gentle*** by the name of Charan Singh did a great housekeeping job on my unit. Polite, professional and courteous. The ***agers are accommodating to any personal requests made within reason and are always professional and hospitable. Thank you Park Inn.

I reached the hotel at 2 in the night and the chef actually made me hot tawa roti and paneer sabzi! They offer excellent service and the staff are extremely nice. The kettle in the room wasn't working, but that wasnt an issue as I got hot water from room service. Also- food options are very tasty but limited. But again, the hotel is closely located to Haldirams and the Lajpat Nagar Market and other eateries, so these are not an issue.

Location is good but quality is moderate according to the rate. Bathroom amenities are poor and cleanness could be better of the room. Food was ok not so good. They have lot of room for improvement. If management will focus on the standard this property will rock.

I visited here during my stay in Delhi for my training purpose for 10 days. I must say the staff is very cooperative and helpful. The food is tasty especially the buffet. Dinesh ji Somveer ji is very helpful at reception. Sumit is also very polite n nice guy who is always ready to help.
