The breakfast at this hotel is not bad, but it is very wonderful. You must have breakfast by room number and name. The name cannot be checked. The bed in the room was too soft, and the bathroom shower head was fixed on the top. I forgot to bring a shower cap and I had to wash my hair every time I took a shower.

All things are good only two issues continue, so i think you should need to repair - bathroom toty is not proper working and flush button also pushes more times. Need to hot water and cold water option by toty not proper working. 2. 2nd thing is tv operator every 1hr disconnected and mentioned the msg weather is not clear. Please solve this issues otheriwse all things is good

The check in experience was very smooth, frontline desk was extremely polite and helpful. Rhe room provided was also good, the room had some electric problem but on request they shifted immediately to another room. Ovwrall the stay was satisfying

Stayed for one night. Great experience. The room was well furnished. Everything you needed was there. Well maintained. Top class. The furniture was what you expect in a higher star hotel. Bathroom fittings were also premium. Again very clean and maintained. Not easy to find flaws. The breakfast was also excellent and better than what we expected. The service was excellent. You ask for it and you get it. Room service menu was with very reasonable prices. We only had sweet corn soup and it was very refreshing. They use fresh ingredients. Only cons we saw. Hotel is not a very large hotel. Some rooms do not have any window which is not really a con but we prefer to stay in a room with a wondow. They promptly changed it when we asked.

I had booked the hotel for three days by mmt. It is located away from city crowd but not too far. Check in was hassle free within no time. Reception and staff had warm behaviour ready to help in all possible ways. Room tariffs were also reasonable. Ac in my room was not working and after complain they changed and upgrade the room with no extra cost. Cleaniness was great. Restaurant food was also very tasty.

A) house keeping staff is very helpful. B) reception staff is just ok. C) my stay was very pleasant. D) hotel should keep more marking/sign boards as the layout of the hotel is honeycomb style very confusing. E) as the hotel location js in district court and govt office location, hence once the iffice and court are closed it becomes very silent on the road during late evening times, hence you will not find food options near by hotel, the only option left is hotel resturant or delivery options like dominos.

GGuest UserProperty location was good. Food served at pebbles restaurant is marvelous and hygienic. Amenities are okay. Improvement is required towards promptness in housekeeping staff. In addition, issue of accumulation of water in washroom needs to be attended by the hotel on priority.

GGuest UserHotel located at city centre and very near to rave 3 mall. Hotel front/reception ambiance was good. I booked executive room (old wing) which was not up to the mark, old rooms, expensive, whole night ac was creating problem, getting off itself. Service phone was also not working so very difficult to raise complaint at reception. Rooms were also far from main building so impossible to go to reception at night. Overall experience was not good at all. Best part of this hotel was restaurant staff behaviour only. They were serving buffet breakfast in restaurant and limited variety not such great. Hotel pool was also not working.
