Having Extremely Bad Experience Staying in this hotel in place of deluxe the room size provided was average but still accepted . From the after noon AC stopped functioning which they could not fixed. Food quality is horrible I ordered butter tandoori Roti which had bad smell , ordered veg polaw where only big size vegetables were put and rice quantity was less . Daal Makhani don't know what masala my stomach still burning . Seeing afternoon experience I ordered steem rice which was served half cooked. I highly recommend Not to ever book this hotel it's total wastage of money and after having food from here for sure you will face problem. Staff service is horrible you ask for something after half an hour they will come to you.

Thank you so much for providing best hospitality in saharsa district. Specially Mr. Prakash choudhary (GM of Holiday inn) who have good manner to provide ” A home away from home” ( feel like home) . I wish to him continuously maintain the hotel and services. Good luck
