Excellent hotel. Due to road closures we had a late booking, on arrival we had a warm welcome by friendly reception stuff. We were checked in and given a room straight way. The room size was very good with good running hot water. Restaurant food was good. We had a very early check out and the staff had prepared a take way breakfast of sandwiches & fruits box.

Price is best .food quality’s is great .rooms are good .best quality hotel .professional staff thanks to Manas Mr Manish for warm services and best hospitality . Recommend for others will surely visit again. Thanks manish again

Overall stay was good, food quality was excellent, but hot water for bath was not available in room was provided external by bucket

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment i arrived. The food was excellent, and i enjoyed every meal i had there. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, i had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

In my organization where I work, our Chairman used to say “Smell of a Place” – which in short means that people perceive one place by what they see, what they feel and how they are treated. Let me elaborate this from my experience in Hotel Florence: I had made this booking 1 month on advance and Mr. Aman who assisted, was very kind and trusting to confirm the booking without asking for any advance! That’s Trust! I had requested for a late check-in and I arrived almost at midnight. In the security there was Mr. Shaikh – he was quick to assist me with the parking and soon came running Mr. Salman to help with the luggage. Both were so much caring, even at such wee hours! This is a true reflection of hospitality Check-in process was smooth and we were escorted by Salman to our room. Spacious room with delightful washroom, neat towels, linens and everything was clean and tidy. Morning we had a sumptuous breakfast – it has a nice touch of Punjabi cuisine – chole bhatore, paneer paratha etc – again the staffs were very courteous and ready to help Overall our stay at the hotel was fantastic and the cherry on the icing is that its very much pocket friendly!
