It’s amazing and great support received from make my trip on booking with cheapest price. Actually i approached hi-tel directly and asked for single room to accommodate 3 adults + 2 kids, but they said not possible and have to go for 2 rooms which cost around 3800/ night. Immediately i checked in make my trip for the same option and they gave me the accommodation (single room ) for rs. 2800 which is unbelievable for me and the hi-tel staff as well. However, they agreed and provided the room without further questions. Thanks a lot to make my trip.

GGuest UserI stayed at Residency Towers with my family for two days, expecting a premium experience given its reputed name, but unfortunately, it fell short in several aspects.
Since check-in is at 2 PM, we had to use the common washrooms to freshen up before heading to the temple. However, the facilities were poorly maintained—there was no water in the female changing rooms near the pool, and the common washrooms' soap dispensers were empty.
Upon check-in, we found that our room's kettle wasn’t working, and while there was a designated space for an iron, it was missing. The most frustrating part was the lack of WiFi for our entire stay, and we were simply told it was a BSNL issue. While they provided us with a portable wifi device to solve the problem, it lasted for only an hour due to low battery.
On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was quite good. However, the dinner buffet was disappointing, especially considering the price.
Overall, the experience did not match the expectations associated with Residency Towers, and I hope they address these issues for future guests.

GGuest UserHotel staff was very irresponsible as i was reaching hotel by 10:00 p. M but they told me the our dinner last by 9:35. But i requested them to hold last by 10:00 p. M. They told me ok we will and i was in continuous touch with then till 9:50 and they assure me that the dinner is available but as i reached there at 9:55 they told me that the dinner is just finished now you have to go out side for your dinner. It was highly disgusting.

GGuest UserIts a nice property. Rooms are of big size with nice wash rooms. Staff's behavior is also good. Property is bit far from temple on the way from pamban bridge to temple. Overall nice experience for two day stay at rameswaram.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel allowed us for early check-in. The room was very spacious. It's located just a few steps away from the North gate of Swami Rameshwar temple. Since this hotel is too close to tample no need to take a locker for shoes and other prohibited items for the entry into the temple.
The washroom and the toilet were smelling badly. The room floor was not properly mopped.
