Hotel landmark is a really nice place for a comfortable stay with family or on a business trip. Staff are friendly and cordial and they take good care of u. A surprising amount pf amenities including a very small but functional gym really surprised me. I had booked for 3 nights and required only 2 nights and the hotel graciously waived the third night without any charges. Really pleasant. And if i am in ranchi anytime this is where i will stay again and again.

Limited options in the city. I felt like an average hotel. Very near to the railway station. Not that much worth for money during my visit. Small room, very old building. However i got adjusted as there is hard to find another one. So stayed with a positive mood.

We booked the hotel online for 2 days stay from 7th April23 to 9th April 23 after reading good reviews. But after reaching the hotel we were overwhelmed it was a complete paisa wasool decision.We were given a room no 115 which was a standard room with ac.The icing on the cake was the rooftop swimming pool which can be accesses anytime between 7 am to 5 pm at the minimal cost of Rs 100 per person for swimming costume.The staff of the hotel were very much cordial and friendly especially Mr Hemant Mukherjee who haelped us to arrange the Patratu Valley and Ranchi Sight seeing Tours. Overall experience very good.Would recommend others to enjoy the hospitality of the Winsome. Mr Subhra Kanti Mukherjee Asansol

GGuest UserFirst of all i loved the location of the hotel, it's just around 3. 2 kms from the ranchi airport. There are groceries, malls, medical shops, street foods etc all available nearby. Now coming to the hotel i was in a standard room. It was perfect for a single person or couple stay, not more than that. The rooms were well decorated, hygiene was maintained well. The only con i would say is that the room was not well lit. Then you can have dining in the room. You have room service for cleaning the room everyday. You also have free breakfast buffet which was great. There was also a rooftop restaurant of you want that. The food ordered from restaurant is a bit costly i would say, but it was tasty. Finally i would say the stay is worth the money and everyone should check it out once. Thanks

GGuest UserIt was an amazing experience. The staff are very helpful. The reception and the room service staff are too good. We arrived at 4am as our train was 5 hrs late and we got steaming hot food. When we were leaving, we had asked for our dinner to be packed. it was not ready so we left. To our absolute surprise, it was delivered to my train coach.

The hotel is situated just off the Ranchi airport and a few rooms have a view of the runways while a few rooms open up direct only the housing complex behind it which is unfortunate but cannot be helped. The rooms are on average in size however they are well maintained and clean. The weather during October is pleasant during the evenings and cold at night so it felt cozy. No complaints. Electrical appliances all work including the air conditioners. The bathrooms are slightly outdated since the hotel has been operational since a few years now however they too were clean and organised. The main USPs for this hotel have to be its staff, the restaurant or cafe on the fifth floor, the rooftop seating on the 6th floor, the bakery on the ground floor. The staff are very polite t and go out of their way to take care of you and your needs. The restaurant on the 5th floor have an amazing view of the runways at Ranchi airport and enjoying your early morning breakfast or a cup of tea in the evenings is really lovely! Sitting with your friends on the 6th floor while enjoying some really lovely vegetarian food is also something I will be taking back as memories. The breads from the bakery on the first floor was lovely! Overall, for the price you pay, this is an excellent recommendation to stay at and I will definitely be coming back again. Having stayed at the Radisson and Jade square before, Green acres has left me with a sense of home comfort which is something I yearn for during my stays at Ranchi. I am eagerly waiting for the rooms to get a proper renovation and come up to part with the rest of the modern hotels at Ranchi but do not let that deter you from staying it, you will be pleasantly surprised with the hospitality it has to offer travellers.

GGuest UserLocation was good. Food was very good but costly. Amenities was average as compared with the name of the hotel. Cleanliness was not as per expectation and charges of the hotel. Toothpaste, tooth brush and soaps was not kept in bath rooms even after reminders. Tea kits and hot water facilities was not there

GGuest UserLocation is alright so is food. Service is nothing to complain about. It has all necessities at this price point available elsewhere. So overall a decent stay option for premium economy travelers.
