The worst ever place to stay. Its not a 4-star hotel. ROBBING by projecting itself as a 4-star hotel with no facilities. Dont get fooled by the photos and false commitment. For business people and decent travelers who expect comfortable stay, this is a very cheap place with false looks. I was charged 5000+gst for a Single AC room. I checked in believing it has standards of a 4-star hotel. but its just up-to 1-star hotel mark. 1. Air Conditioner was not working. 2. No water from Tap. 3. No water for toilet also. such a disgusting place. 4. No responsible service or reply from management They get money and let people in low class rooms and when asked - they didn't take any responsibility. when I was waiting to raise a higher level complaint, many other guest were in line before and after me with same complaints. but they gave no response but continued collecting money. Located near to temple which is convenient. Lots of food stalls around this hotel. It was stated that power back up 24hrs, but mid night the aircon didn’t work. When i went down to reception (2nd floor to ground floor as no intercom facility) they informed me there is power cut. When i asked about the back up, then only they started the genset.

The cleanliness, amenities and service was generally satisfactory. The WiFi is strong but toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste as well as toilet rolls are not provided. We booked a suite with 2 double beds but upon arrival was told that our booking was not received and they don’t have a room with 2 double beds. So information found in trip.com and the hotel does not tally. It will be good if the system updates the room types that are truly available. Overall, the stay was comfortable, despite some issues during check in.

Outstanding
The owner Mr.Balaji and his wife take care of the guests like family members . They were very committed in offering a safe and secure stay and in helping guests to complete the pilgrimage to their fullest satisfaction. Rooms were very neat and clean. Food arrangement was also good. The stay gave a feeling as safe and comfortable as we were in our home.

GGuest UserPros: area is very close to bus stand, eateries and tanjore big temple. Room is neat and clean. A/c was functioning. Room is big. Cons: overall building is new. Still 3rd floor is being built, we were in that floor, could see cement and bricks lying opposite to our room, workers were working there. Room had ants, mosquitoes and lizards. Damp walls around bathroom. Single bed in the triple room was a fold-able one, it was not comfortable. Only one fan in the room which was above the queen bed.

The only disadvantage is that we have to buy the water bottle for the amount and it is better if they kept a ro purify in each floor so that we can fill the bottle when needed. Overall, it was a good and nice experience and i would recommend others to experience it. No images is there

GGuest UserA decent budget stay in tanjore. Bedsheet was dirty. But changed upon request. Ac was good but tv was not working fine. Bathroom tap has little leakage but won't cause any trouble. No parking for car. Two wheeler could be parked. Provided with two single bed in double room separated with a fixed small table in between.
