I had a pleasant stay at hotel southern grand, vijayawada. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a decent variety. However, the wi-fi connection could have been more stable, and the room service could be a bit faster. Overall, a great experience, and i look forward to staying here again.

The front desk ***ager.. Mr. Pritam and staf, The restaurant ***ager Mr Sanjib n Staffs..Sourav, Ripul, Rajesh, Ritu and Kalyania..very helpful and friendly...Security Supervisor Mr Sunil and staf Sivashanker..done great job ..almost lost my ZFold phone but they ***age to get..Kudos to ViVanta..next visit on April 24..meet you all then..Thank you..

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was perfect, and everything was just right. I would especially like to thank Ms. Jasmine for her exceptional hospitality. She guided us throughout our stay and made sure we felt well taken care of. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference, and I felt very welcomed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel!
