Stay in quite good, exept some problem. Intercom not working after complaining no solution, wifi not properly functioning upto my room after complaining again no solution. Best thing darshan of premanand maharaj ji, his flat just adjacent to hotel.

I had a great experience here. Smooth check-in and cooperative receptionist. Food was great, service could be more fast. Overall great and recommended to all !

Excellent Hotel for staying at Vrindavan. Starting from Parking the Car and entry into the Hotel the receptionist Mr. Bibek helped us in proper way . In Tripti Restaurant Mr. Kundan and Mr. Pramod helped us a lot with food serving and others small things. We are travelling with a small baby , so baby food was a bit tension for us, but the night Chef prepared the Khichidi so good that my little kid ate the food with full enjoyment. In room dinning and room amenities are excellent. All the major temples are nearby of the Hotel. If you want to visit any near by temples then rather than Car Toto is the best option. Radhe Radhe.

This resort is really amazing. We had never experienced bamboo cottage with such morden facilities in ncr & near by. We felt so spellbound seeing its beauty. Hotel staffs were quite cooperative and friendly. It was bit tricky to reach but hotel reception guy guided us well in phone. Food is quite good and reasonable. Our child enjoyed zip line and hunted house also but it was chargeable but it’s ok. Thanks

Everything was good. Peaceful place and food was also yummy. One suggestion i would like to give that in family rooms they could add one more ac for better cooling.

Rooms were clean and overall ambience was good however room service was poor. You have to remind them same thing again and again then only you will get the expected service. Food quality was average. Tandoori roti was too hard. I tried twice, one time plain roti and second time butter roti but no joy at all. Both of the times i had to chew the bread so hard.

Wonderful property in Vrindavan.. A bit of a distance away from proper Vrindavan town.. Takes around 20 mins by e-rickshaw from the town.. Otherwise a gem of a hotel... Very clean and hygienic and responsive to guest's needs.... Stayed at the Maharani Suite (as the Maharaja suite was booked) for only one night (could get booking of the suite for 1 night only). Two single beds and one queen beds provided for 4 pax... Single beds not very wide, an adult would have to remain conscious as to not fall off the bed... Mattresses very soft and you sink in.. A bit of a challenge for senior citizens.. The beds are separated by a classy wooden partition... The interior decoration of the suite is tastefully done with wood panelling and cupboards and bedside tables and you have lots of, places to keep things on... There is only one bathroom but it is a very big one with wonderful fixtures and a bathtub thrown in for added measure. The toiletries are of good quality and you are provided with a Electric kettle and tea/coffee sachets... The restaurant Anubhuti is a quaint place and serves very good food.. The complimentary breakfast had no buffet and you can order anything from aloo paratha, idli & vada, fruit juices, fresh fruit platter, poha, etc. All of the preparations were very tasty and the portions were generous. Would specialty compliment the restaurant for allowing to serving customized good items -- we asked for plain aloo jeera and boiled vegetables and were served perfect dishes to suit our palate. Thank them for that. Secondly, after one night stay, we had to check out at 10 am... At the same time we went for Vrindavan local temples Darshan by e-rickshaw... They were very generous is allowing us the room till 1 pm after which we ate lunch at the restaurant and departed for Govardhan. Would definitely come back to this hotel the next time we come to Vrindavan. I was travelling with parents who are over 75 years young and the hotel staff did their bit so that we had a hassle free stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location... Nice hotel.. service was very slow especially at the restaurant and in room food service. Hotel had warmth of being in Vrindavan..not very fancy but vibe was soothing.
