The breakfast was great, the room was truly a five star, the best time to sleep in Iran ... everything was satisfactory, except for the curtains, but it seems like hotels in this country treat curtains as bad
Trip.com you need to align with this hotel and make sure you post the correct room details. This hotel only have single, double room and suites. It does not have a triple room as posted on your site. As a customer, if I booked a triple room I would expect a more spacious room with equal size of beds. Not a double bed room with added extra bed.
Stayed in a double room. Approximately 4000 yen.
Although it is a little out of the center, the facilities were very good and there was a bathtub.
Recommended if you want to stay a little richer.

The hotel is very spacious, clean and well decorated. We enjoyed pretty much our visit in Shiraz because of this place.
The food was good, the rooms where very nice and with a great view.
The only perk would be that most of the staff (at the restaurants) only speak Farsi, which-is a problem For foreign travelers, at the time to order food and knowing what it’s about.
The Tourist information office was great, and helped us with our flights and our transportation around the city.
I recommend this place if you want to have a please t stay in Shiraz, and you don’t mind being a bit out of town.
I was travelling with my wife to Iran for the first time. We choose to stay at Tehran Grand Hotel 1 on seeing the reviews and we are glad we choose one of the best in Tehran. We have stayed there for four nights. There was no problem on check-in and we were given corner room on 7th floor with views of city and mountains in distant background. Room was big with windows on two sides. There was a comfortable couch in the room which can be converted to bed for children if required. Tea, coffee, water bottles and few snacks were free of charge. Bathroom was the best we have seen in three different cities and hotels we have stayed in Iran during this trip with all the required toiletries and very good rain shower.
The breakfast was served buffet style and have lots of choices but they usually serve same choices every day.
The staff was professional, polite, helpful and well trained. Whenever asked anything everyone tried to help us in best possible way.
If we come back to Tehran again we will again stay here.
Arg Shiraz had the best location & amenities.
The only downside is the matress is too hard and there is only two front desk staff that can speak English.
We had difficulty of explaining our requirement.
excellent hotel, one of the best in Iran, great location to visit tourist sites, easy to walk for coffee or food. great service and staff are easy and pleasant to deal with
In one of the better hotels in Shiraz, many Europeans and Americans like to live here, the waiters are warm and polite, and the Iranians are also smiling, especially friendly!
The room was well-equipped, and the waiter helped to fold the pajamas for two days. No one except my mother was so good 😌 ... feel at home! However, the bed was relatively small and fell to the ground as soon as I turned around. The bed was very soft and basically fell asleep until dawn. Breakfast is very varied, everything is very satisfactory, the hotel location is good, taxis in front of the door can take a taxi to visit attractions, walking is also convenient, comprehensive evaluation still like
It must be said that the service is still ok, but the room is really not worth the price. No matter inside or outside, there is a kind of dilapidation. It is also a very unacceptable bug that Iran must deposit its passport at the front desk.
The key point is that most people have no idea about Iran. I just want to say that it is difficult to adapt to Iran when you first come to Iran. The language can be overcome, and the numbers are all in Persian.
I got off track, anyway, you can refer to the recommendation in a certain book, and then look for it when you land. If you are traveling as a family, it is recommended to book a better one. I don’t recommend this kind of one. Anyway, I stayed for a day and changed.
