Staff are very friendly, rooms are clean, comes with heated rack, it is quite a distance from milan, but if you drive, it saves your parking cost from living away from city.

A nice modern hotel, clean and large rooms with good aircon. For the price it was 100% worth it. The staff spoke good English and was happy to advise us on driving regulations around Milan and what areas to avoid, which was super helpful for us.

This place definitely has its pro’s and con’s and it depends what sacrifices you are willing to make for price. Looking at other reviews I thought I wouldn’t mind it as I’m not too fussy usually but overall I felt uncomfortable and didn’t really want to stay any longer than I had to: Pro’s -Good cheap price -Whilst further out, it’s super convenient for public transport right outside the hotel only 2 euro to get into Milan only takes 30 mins tops -The man on reception was lovely and very helpful -Rooms are big and whilst very dated and nothing to shout home about if you’re used to budget travelling they aren’t filthy or falling apart -Nice big shower room -Fast, free Wi-Fi and slippers and towels Cons -We felt the area at times was slightly scary (although we did first arrive at night) some concerning characters/gangs in surrounding areas and appeared to be in the hotel as well. It’s a pretty rundown area and we didn’t feel very comfortable there -The walls - I’ve never known anything quite like it to be honest it was so so loud I could hear absolutely everything the entire time. Babies crying, doors shutting, people talking/shouting, playing music, stomps up the hallway - constantly and late into the night waking us up. This all added to the sense of un-ease as it didn’t seem like you were on your own and I couldn’t relax in the room and just wanted to leave. -We were also in an outhouse which wouldn’t usually be a problem but felt so exposed as it was that it just added to the feeling Despite all the positives we couldn’t look past these negatives and I really wouldn’t recommend regardless of price.

I was subjected to fraud and deception by this hotel, and unfortunately, despite proving this, the Agoda management was unable to protect my rights and abandoned me under the pretext that they could not do anything for me. 1. My reservation does not match the reservation in the app. This is Room information which you booked 1 X One-Bedroom Apartment Garden view | 45 m²/484 ft² | 1 single bed and 1 queen bed But I was given a room with one king bed and without any view 2. The room is dirty and has a bad smell. 3. The air conditioning system is not working properly and is making a very annoying clicking sound. 4. The receptionist disclaimed responsibility for the reservation and asked us to wait until the morning to solve the problem or contact Agoda. 5. However, the elevator does not reach the floor where this room is located. 6. When the oven is turned on, the electricity in the room is completely turned off. Despite all this, the hotel staff did not respond to any complaints from me and asked to contact Agoda. After that, after a long discussion with Agoda, they asked me to contact the hotel and solve the problem myself, and that they could not do anything for me except to compensate me with $25 out of $503.

Stunning, very clean location with a very comfortable relaxation room, close to all possible services, a very nice room with a very comfortable mattress. Alex is a wonderful and very helpful person, I will definitely return. I highly recommend.

The hotel location is average, the service is average, and the rooms are larger than average European hotels. The family connecting room we booked has a comfortable bed and low pillows.

The hotel environment is very good, the rooms are old and interesting, and the sanitation and facilities are good. Warm and proactive service. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The disadvantage is that the location is relatively remote. But overall the price is very high.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect Room, Service, Hospitality and Staff. The only disadvantage is the location, it’s like 20 min to the Duomo di Milano by metro but it’s okay because the metro station was 3 min walking away from the hotel.
