Best Caldiero Hotels

Very nice stay here. The room was clean, modernly furnished and has everything you need for a short or long stay. I have been 3 nights on a business trip. Great advantage is the kitchen. With a supermarket on the other side of the street, this does not oblige you to go out dinner every evening (thing I always hate when I travel alone). The bathroom has a nice rain shower and is like the rest of the apartment is fire-free. Finally, a great compliment to the ladies of the reception! Unfortunately, I had problems with transport (flight cancelled, trains that do not reason), but they have done everything to help me!

A real treat - a 5 star experience for a 3 star price. Ideal quiet getaway. Couldn't really fault this place as far as quality, service, pool area, gardens and the rooms. Its a smaller adults only hotel with about 15 rooms all recently refurbished to a high standard. Maid cleaning every day, breakfast included in the room rate. Onsite spa was very reasonably priced and the ladies really enjoyed it. You need a car here for sure. It's 25 min drive to Verona, 40 mins drive to Lake Garda, and an hour+ train ride to Venice (from San Bonifacio station - 15 mins drive from hotel). 2 hours to Milan. We loved Villa Zoppi's proximity to Soave town, and Valpolicella wine region too. The hotel doesn't serve dinner (but does do snacks and lunch up to about 7pm) so they provided an approved list of about a dozen good restaurants close by or as far as Verona. Staff were excellent, well informed and attentive. Cleaning was excellent. Breakfast excellent. The lounge area was quite small with room for only 4-6 guests so generally only one group at a time - that was the only thing we could fault. We'd go back for sure.

L'hotel si trova in posizione molto comoda per chi arriva dall'autostrada e per chi desidera visitare Soave. Appena fuori dalle mura del borgo, in meno di due minuti a piedi si arriva in centro. Abbiamo prenotato l'unica stanza disponibile su un sito di prenotazione alberghiere: era ben specificato che si trattasse di un mini-appartamento, ma non era invece precisato quale tipo di accesso avesse. Arrivati sul posto, abbiamo scoperto che la stanza si trovava infatti al quarto piano, ma l'ascensore arrivava solamente fino al terzo, dopodiché un breve tratto di corridoio e, come detto alla reception, ”troverete la scaletta per il quarto piano”. Peccato che si trattasse di una scala a chiocciola a scalini ”aperti”, scomodissima per chi arriva, ignaro come noi, con bagagli voluminosi. Impossibile per chi ha problemi motori, ma un po' problematica anche per chi, semplicemente, soffre di vertigini come me. Sarebbe stato opportuno segnalare questo fatto al momento della prenotazione! A parte questo, la stanza era effettivamente grande, con angolo cucina dotato di stoviglie, tavolo da soggiorno e terzo letto. Bagno grande e comodo, con vasca. Presenti anche dei mini-balconi. Buona la colazione, con possibilità di scelta dolce o salato. Un po' deludente la caffetteria, affidata ad un distributore automatico. Prezzi adeguati al tipo di struttura.

Camera accogliete, curata nei particolari, funzionale e molto pulita. Materasso comodo. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile telefonicamente in caso di bisogno. La struttura è in centro storico e vicino c’è un comodo parcheggio gratuito. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Wenn man erst mal den Eingang gefunden hat ;-) ist es wunderbar! Wir wurden herzlich von Carolina empfangen, die uns gleich alles gezeigt und eingecheckt hat. Schöne Zimmer, tolle, moderne Bäder. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss haben eine eigene Terrasse. Hier kann man abends toll sitzen. Tipp: wir haben uns im Supermarkt alles für ein leckeres Vesper und Getränke gekauft und abends auf der Terrasse genossen. Auf jeden Fall mit Frühstück buchen! Carolina backt selbst Kuchen!
