Hotel location in the suburbs of Milan, very quiet around, 7 minutes walk from S1 train station, 3 minutes walk from community warehouse supermarket, very close to residential area, many restaurants around, hotel room comfortable suitable for business trip

The hotel presents itself with 4 stars. It has probably not been maintained/renovated in the last 30 years. The bed had shaky legs. The shower was the smallest I have ever seen, guessing 60x60cm. The room was depressing with a long brownish desk under the windows and no other interior. On the positive side: all staff was very friendly

Business hotel looks recently renovated. The room I had was very small as well as the bathroom was microscopic. The desk didn't even have a chair to sit on also because maybe if there had been it would have been a problem to move around considering the very limited space. For the category and the not really cheap price I would have expected at least a few more things such as a bathrobe. Another negative thing is that the window has obscured glass and you cannot see outside. The restaurant is quite good although the service was not so positive (when I finished dinner i waited 20 minutes before I was asked if I wanted coffee and this despite the fact that the restaurant had not been full). Breakfast, on the other hand, is excellent and plentiful with wide and different choices, sweet and salted. From a crowne plaza hotel i would have expected a little more

Ideale per chi arriva in auto ed ha bisogno di dormire in posizione strategica. Posizionato in area industriale senza problemi di parcheggio, a poche centinaia di metri da tangenziale est, ovest e autostrada del sole. 5 minuti da metropolitana linea 3 e passante ferroviario, è la soluzione ideale per chi ha bisogno di muoversi in Milano e hinterland durante il giorno. Presente pullman che collega alla metropolitana…. ma fino alle ore 20,00. Ho prenotato due camere doppie tramite Booking per un totale di 4 persone…. ma hanno inviato conferma alla struttura per sole 2 persone. Nonostante telefonate mail non ho avuto alcuna risposta da parte di Booking. Fortunatamente l’hotel è gestito da persone molto professionali ed abituate a trattare con aziende e non solo turisti e sono riuscito a risolvere il problema immediatamente. Cercano in ogni modo di soddisfare l’esigenza del cliente. Consiglio di affidarsi al loro sito per la prenotazione! Ottima scelta.

I stayed in a triple room with my partner and her son from 6 to 9 July and we noticed almost perfect cleanliness, the breakfast was plentiful and varied, the staff was always smiling and helpful... ultimately: ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED, with good value very good quality/price! To repeat!

Buyer beware - This hotel is NOT close to the airport. It is a 12-minute cab ride away, and the hotel does not have a shuttle. A cab ride to/from Lenate airport will cost you a minimum of 22 euro and as much as 40 euro if you need the cab in ”off-hours” - as we did at 4:30 a.m. - to catch our early morning flight. The hotel itself is fine. It offers the basic amenities and is clean enough. But if you're choosing a place for airport convenience, this isn't really it. Factor in the additional cost and time needed for taxis.

The overall configuration of the hotel is very good in Milan, clean and close to the airport; The front desk was very friendly and I had trouble her for a long time with the formation arrangement and was very patient; Like recommended!

Front desk disorganised - no information given about breakfast, check out time, bar area etc. Shocked as this is a business hotel. Staff need training on customer service! Check in was a disaster. Our Rooms were booked as a group and we were told they would be ready for 2pm. After waiting for 2 hours in the reception area at 4pm we decided not to waste anymore time and went out. We were promised the luggage would be taken to the room once allocated. When we returned we had to queue again and explained to the unhelpful receptionist that we had checked in earlier but the rooms were not allocated. When I went to my room the Luggage was not there so back down to reception. Unfortunately they didn’t know where it was so had to look for it and told me they would bring it up. I refused this offer. A few minutes later my colleagues appeared with the same problem. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and this was the most disorganised reception area I have ever encountered. A member of the party was given a key to another guests room not in our group. Therefore I didnt trust leaving my key at reception because of this. Restaurant: We booked a table for 7pm at the restaurant. When we arrived we were told it didn’t open until 7.30pm so another 30 minute wait. Terrible food and definitely not fine dining. Poor quality and most of the party left their food as it was inedible. 2 didn’t receive their order and 1 person received their order twice. Kitchen completely Disorganised. I’m think it’s run by the reception staff so I would avoid at all costs. Definitely the worse meal in Milan. Room: My Room was big and clean but extremely dated. Very hard bed. Poor Lighting. No soundproofing so I could hear word for my word my neighbours phone calls (at 5am). Location: The Train station was very near which is the only good thing about this hotel. Not a 4 star hotel. At best a 3 star but at a push. I wouldn’t recommend and will not be returning.
