Staff were wonderful and so helpful! Room was lovely and comfortable, they need new photos as it is not as dated as the images. The public transport was easy to use and recommend the 48 hour pass but it did take about 45 minutes to get to most places in Turin. Would stay again!!

The hotel service is perfect and friendly, it is very convenient to the city, it is easy to take the bus No. 8, the Pizzeria meal next to the hotel is delicious, and the service is very fast and friendly.

Breakfast is ok (cafeteria), security issues are feasible. This is also a cooperative student dormitory of three local universities. I am a local international student. It is a well-regulated hotel and suitable for accommodation. Tram 4 at the door goes directly to the city center.

The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good, the other is the configuration of a typical European hotel. The restaurant tastes good and there are no other places to eat nearby, it is a good choice.

The hotel is next to the jungle road outside Turin. It is only suitable for self-driving. There is a free parking yard and it is about15-20 minutes drive from the city center. Hotel facilities generally feel that they are not four-star. The advantage is that the price is much cheaper than other four-star hotels, and the price is better.

Staff is so nice & friendly. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short due to unforeseen circumstances. But the manager was gracious enough to refund our money. The hotel amenities are good with free breakfast.
