We stayed at Capriccio Art hotel for two nights as part of our shopping trip to Milan outlets without much thought as it was very near to the outlets . BUT what a pleasant stay it was . The hotel is very aesthetically done up with pieces of art from different artists .. Teh room was big ( a big luxury in Europe ) and the washroom modern and big too . The hygiene levels were top standards . The staff was exceptionally polite and trained very well . The Highlight of the trip and the hotel was the food .. it was such flavourful authentic Italian food that we ended up having dinner at the hotel on all days of our stay . The coffee they served was awesome too .. three cheers for the chef at Capriccio Art . The best was they were able to make vegan dishes for me as I am lactose intolerant..will definitely plan a stay again and highly recommend to anyone going to serravalle ..

Just one night in this wonderful mmm-hotel Good morning Shopping. It is most likely a more guest house with three rooms, a kitchen and a shared bath. But we were lucky, we lived alone and had a large kitchen with a set: microwave, teapot, coffee machine, refrigerator and dishes. At the entrance we met the hostess Michela, helped with the parking and told us all about our stay. Breakfast is Italian, but with a lot of choice of all plates. In general - everything liked, if possible, stop here.

Hotel service should be greatly praised! We booked this very close hotel in order to visit the discount village. Every day we will come back very late, the boss will wait to give us a door and help us to park. Once I stopped the car key, I couldn't find it. The boss told me to start the car and try it. It can be started in the vicinity of the car. I can't start to go elsewhere. After that, I found it under the seat. The boss said that he is also looking for the key, this is a good way! The hotel’s breakfast includes hot coffee with hot milk and eggs, egg rolls, and everything else is a cold meal. We are still not used to it in winter. The restaurant is a small lounge in the evening, offering free champagne and so on. Unfortunately, every time we come back, we are too tired to just wash and sleep! Very nice and warm hotel, go back later!

Spend a few nights with my family, we enjoyed our stay, they provided us with an extra bed for the kids, Friendly staff, room is very clean with no musty smell at all, location is so peaceful, great breakfast location is very close to outlet, you can arrange for an airport shuttle as well.

It was a very pleasant experience, since the reception they were very flexible since we were 5. We enjoyed a lot of the tranquility of the countryside and the beautiful property, breathe a quiet atmosphere, different to Serravalle Scrivia. What we will definitely remember is the warmness of the hosts and the recommendations made to enjoy a delicious dinner in the Osteria Piemontemare, and the next day a breakfast in La Suisse. We are invited to return to Gavi and definitively recommend Casale Milleseiccent to our friends as the best option to stay in Gavi/Serravalle Scrivia.

Très jolie villa au pieds de la forteresse de Gavi avec un accès direct au village et a quelques minutes a peine de notre restaurant préféré Parking prive, décoration kitch mélange d'historique et de conte de fées Accueil bienveillant , petit déjeuneur très correct , gouteux produit maisons et varié a un tarif défiant toute concurrence , 5 euros ! Nos amis étaient dans la chambre 7 , agréable et spacieuse comme nous mais un seul bémol la literie de notre chambre la 8 vraiment trop souple et inconfortable , a remplacer Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

They have upgraded our room I think and it was a large room, even with our 3 furry large dogs with us. Unfortunately they do not allow us to bring our dogs into the breakfast area, unlike other Italian hotels, but it is not a big deal. The bathroom is a bit small but that is also not a big deal for a short stay. The staff are all extremely friendly and made us feel so homy. Thank you so much all!
